It may be hard to get an appointment sometimes as they are very busy but the customer service is great and as i started to get unhappy with not being able to have an appointment for 5 minutes i have been in touch with the manager who did manage to fit me in between 2 appointments so i did not lose my credit and was able to get my treatment. I am indeed ver happy with how they dealt this situation since i had to leave on the same month. Thanks.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Linda - who I am assuming is the manager - was the rudest person to deal with. I had prepaid 2 sessions, but because I had paid cash, they couldn't find it in my account (which also happened to be duplicated). Instead of trying to solve the problem, the staff/manager pretty much accused me of stealing and lying saying their system never make mistakes! I've never felt so humiliated and insulted in my life! Once I finally managed to log into my account and prove that I had prepaid session, the third lady who actually tried to help me and solve the issue, was lovely.

This company is unreliable & scams you into paying more! Make sure you do your research as there are more reliable & cheaper Services that will have better customer service and results!!

Had an incredible session at Marrickville Metro Laser Clinics Australia. I had a lot of questions and all of them were answered. I find it's difficult find someone who does laser, and is attentive to what they are doing, is thorough. It can be an uncomfortable process, but I felt like all my questions were valid and that i was in safe hands.

I always feel Tess recommends just what a need (rather than being a sales person). She is by far the best beauty therapist I have ever seen!

I have used Laser Clinics 3 times for needling and a skin treatment. Chantelle from Caringbah was fantastic in every way. She was gentle and reassuring stopping often to make sure I was ok. I had an initial consult with Jessica from top ryde and was dubious. Treatment day for my facial veins that nobody has managed to remove and I am floored. Jessica made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure and was highly professional. Apart from the fact it was way more comfortable than I thought it would be, majority of my veins are gone on treatment one. I definitely recommend and will be going back for more treatments. Very happy.

Double Bay used to be great for laser hair removal. I have been going to laser clinic aus for about 6 years and always had great experiences. For my last two sessions I have had terrible results. They have started turning the laser down very low to keep you coming back for a zillion sessions when I just wanted a top up. Super patchy and barely any hair fell out. I would recommend going to another clinic.

Quick pain free laser treatment for broken capillaries. Only 1 treatment so far has made a big difference to redness on my face . Technician was friendly and explained each step felt like I was in safe hands
