I had lip injections over a year ago. [name removed] put in too much filler, completely did her own thing, didn’t ask what shape I wanted or anything. They are completely lopsided with weird indents and LCA refused to dissolve them, offer refund or any type of support/ advice and were actually very defensive when I showed concern. I’ve had them done at Victoria’s before and they turned out perfectly! I totally took that for granted. It’s been over a year now and they haven’t returned to normal. It’s been the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I’m not into the fake uneven look but if that’s what you like, this place is fine.

I was a walk in and had my laser started 10 mins later. Staff talked me through the process and any other questions I asked. Great service so I bought 6 hair removal treatments for half price. Even the full price was cheaper than elsewhere. Also quicker with great equipment. M.Albion

Watergardens- Vic. Manager Shannon dismissive and aggressive about transferring last half leg session from Watergardens When told manager may approve. Go elsewhere with customer service as not professional. Not happy.

Nurse Jenna is a highly skilled and qualified professional, she clearly explains all aspects of procedures and products. There are packages and products to suit all budgets. The follow up by staff and their caring nature is something I love.

I had the best microdermabrasion I’ve ever had at Laser Clinics Australia, Hobart CBD. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Information was clear and concise with planning my skin goals. With the added bonus of buying treatments in bundles which makes it very accessible.

Having waxed my legs for years I decided to try laser hair removal at Launceston Laser Clinic Australia and purchased a 6 treatment package. I had my first session of laser hair removal on my legs and I can’t believe the sparseness and the little hair regrowth after 6 weeks. Shannon was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. Can’t wait to see the results after my next treatment.

Recently I took the plunge and underwent chin fat dissolving injections with the delightful Nurse Jenna at the Eastlands LCA. Jenna's attention to detail, best practice procedure and most importantly - my comfort and safety, were extremely impressive. I am definitely returning soon for my follow up treatment and ongoing injectable needs. I highly recommend Jenna, and the wonderful team of therapists at the Eastlands/Rosny Park LCA.

I had my first laser hair removal app today. Was quite worried going in but Bec was amazing! Super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Also working out the best prices, deals and skincare. Excited for the results.. Was also pain free!

I had the Kleresca skin treatment done. All the ladies were lovely, respectful and genuinely caring. I felt safe and comfortable in the hands of professionals. All of the treatments went well and I saw some results. I'm still in final stages however so expecting to see some more yet.

Disappointing that my appt today was with someone I didnt know. When I made it I asked for the date & with a certain therapist it was booked and nothing different was said.

Bernadette who did my laser treatment today was AMAZING! So friendly, bubbly and helpful, she made me feel very comfortable. She was so easy to talk to and honestly could not have been any better! All the girls there are lovely but she really stands out for her amazing customer service.

Very relaxing environment and vibes.. this was the best micro I've had yet. My skin feels amazing- SO much better. I walked away feeling great & refreshed.

This is a wonderful salon and the employees are so friendly, honest and helpful. They won't 'oversell' like some other local clinics do (which end up costing a fortune). And their products and services are top quality, but half the price of local clinics. Great to have some competition in Hobart! And always with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
