I've been going to the Doncaster clinic for over 6 months and I have to say I've been so pleased with the service each time. Always on time, the girls are lovely and professional when carrying out my laser treatments. Looking forward to continuing my treatments and I recommend the Doncaster location for reliable service.

Taneeka performed laser hair removal on myself. She was very professional and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and explained the entire procedure well, including pre and post care. I will definitely request her at my next visit.

I was sceptical at first but it really works! And the staff are all lovely and friendly too. The chirnside store is always neat and clean and I can bring my toddler too.

Absolutely love having laser done! The girls are amazing and its so quick and easy does not hurt one bit. Great to not have to worry about shaving over summer. Your always ready for anything.

Absolute Scam. I never write reviews but people need to be warned. Went to the northland clinic, was 3mins late they refused to fit me in even though they were chatting amongst themselves for 2 mins. Rude staff, not helpful and not clean. Go somewhere else, save your time and money. Refused to refund me, which is against Australian Consumer Law.

I recently had my first microdermabrasion at Laser Clinics Australia Highpoint Level 2. The service provided by my consultant Georgia was exceptional. Georgia could see that I was extremely nervous and anxious but within minutes of meeting her she put me at total ease.
My skin feels and looks fantastic, the treatment has left my skin looking softer and brighter and has faded my scars and brown spots way beyond what I expected. Georgia was clear with all the information that I received. I am definitely returning soon for my follow up session.

The first time I was very nervous and anxious but Tegan within minutes of meeting her, put me at ease.
So far I have had many laser treatments, just love, love the fact no more shaving!! Seriously quick & no pain, highly recommend the laser to EVERYONE!!!!

Went in for a microdermabrasion and contracted a serious skin infection which is still being treated by strong antibiotics.

I obviously brought this to the clinics attention where I was only offered LED light therapy.
The final discussion was with the managing director, who was condescending and proceeded to laugh at me when I explained to him what 2 GP’s had advised me & refused his offer of going in to be assessed by his ‘qualified’ doctor - 4 days after my initial complaint.

After several emails I am yet to receive an apology or any reimbursement.

Could not have had a more horrible experience with a ‘reputable’ franchise.

Staff are lovely and make sure your comftable at all times. Laser has given me the confedence I needed sue to excess hair growth from pcos. Defenatly loving my treatments.

Have been in a few times now, for info appointments or purchases each time all staff have been fantastic, knowledgeable and if unsure would quickly find the answer with others. Great team work, service and assistance.

I'm two sessions into my pigmentation removal and my skin already looks so much brighter and I don't look so tired! Really happy with how it's going so far and with how professional the staff administering the treatment are.

Today was the last of a series of 6 laser sessions on underarm, bikini and upper legs. So far I had been pleased with the treatment, but today’s session felt sub standard, the practitioner seemed preoccupied and I didn’t feel that a thorough laser session was had. In fact, the full treatment took less than 20 minutes, when normally it was at least 30 minutes. A couple of days later, there is already some regrowth, which is not the norm after a laser session, which leads me to believe that my treatment was rushed and not thorough. I would be pleased if this session could be rescheduled in some sort of arrangement.

The request was made as I was advised that I am not suitable to take laser treatment after my first appointment. So, on 10 July 2022 I sent the request, I have followed up twice, but no response AT ALL.
Is this how you respond when your customer requests a refund??

Great customer service, i love the place, beautiful. But if you guys can have discounts for new customers that would be great . i would come back next year for sure.
