I was so impressed by the staff
I was a walk in and had my laser started 10 mins later. Staff talked me through the process and any other questions I asked. Great service so I bought 6 hair removal treatments for half price. Even the full price was cheaper than elsewhere. Also quicker with great equipment. M.Albion

Bad injectables, disappointing service
Have been visiting the clinic for the same treatment for over 2 years! Went back to complain when I received different results after seeing a new clinician and was told even though I had received the same amount of injectables and was told by the clinician that she probably should have spread the injections further across my forehead that I would have to pay for them to fix the results. hem more. Clearly there is a lack of care at the standard of treatment provided and if you are unhappy there is a lack of responsibility on their part. Very very disappointed after showing so much loyalty to a business and watching staff constantly turn over that they could show no care at my dissatisfaction of service.Similar opinion? Discrimination and terrible customer service at QV
My cousin moved recently from Colombia. She does not speak English very well but use google translator to communicate.
I went with her to her first appointment as there are a lot of questions that need to be asked.
Today, she went by herself to her second appointment. The person at the front desk told her she could not do the treatment as she did not speak English. Even thought she is communicating using the app and she is clearly understanding it.

Poor Customer Service
The store manager at QV Melbourne, Sara, is an extremely rude, dismissive, arrogant, aggressive and unapologetic person. She doesn’t have courtesy or manners to behave properly towards her customers.
I have been going to QV to get multiple treatments for more than a year and I have also purchased few more sessions.
These people kept me waiting for as long as 30 minutes for my appointment multiple times in the past. And when I was once late by 9 minutes, Sara insisted that I was 15 minutes late and asked me to come back again. When I tried to ...Read more
explain that it’s difficult for me to come again in near future, she dismissed me aggressively by saying “I don’t have time for this. Yo may go.” And this was not all, she again came back to me to show her aggression when I was waiting for a friend to come out of the treatment room. When we purchase the packages, we don’t give them the right to humiliate us. When I tried to escalate this issue, I received no response and it looks like there’s no one in the organisation who is concerned about customer satisfaction. They only regard new customers and humiliate their existing customers. My money for 7 sessions is gone as I’m not going back again to that inhuman place where people like Sara, mentally harass their customers.

So glad I go to laser clinic tuggerah
Big thank you Laser Clinic Tuggerah for fantastic cosmetic injections and especially to "Marina" for her expert work. I will defiantly be back in 2020. If you have never tried this procedure and are interested this is the place to go. Marina is very caring and helpful, she is also such a beautiful person you will feel very safe and comfortable with her!

Laser Clinic Gungahlin

Professional and Effective
I've been going to the Doncaster clinic for over 6 months and I have to say I've been so pleased with the service each time. Always on time, the girls are lovely and professional when carrying out my laser treatments. Looking forward to continuing my treatments and I recommend the Doncaster location for reliable service.

Amazing
Taneeka performed laser hair removal on myself. She was very professional and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and explained the entire procedure well, including pre and post care. I will definitely request her at my next visit.

Chermside LCA

Wonderful staff and great service
Thanks to Jemma at Wagga Wagga laser clinic, I had face needling and it has made a huge difference, highly recommend. A little painful but advised on how to minimize the discomfort... well worth it.

Love the klaresca treatment.
This treatment shows results after a month and you can feel the tightening effect on the skin. A worthwhile alternative to surgery. Also believe this worthwhile and good value for skin maintenance.

My sister actually asked if I had Botox, I laughed & says no its microdermabrasion! Monthly sessions have improved my complexion immeasurabley, my skin is clear abs glowing, I love the results

Noosa clinic nurse was trying to get me to have 10m of filler.. seriously
Im a beauty therapist so lets say i know a little about the skin. I normally have 1m and it always does the job, 1st and last visit at the Noosa laser clinic when the nurse was trying to tell me that 1m would not do anything and i needed about 10m, sorry but i do not wish to look like a piece of plastic

Look, I'm new to hair removalin general.
Have booked to have my Brazilian done and after the first session have realised this does not include hair around your butt, even though in their FAQ's it does state the Brazillian includes this....
I'm too awkward to ask the ladies face to face - they aren't exactly comforting or non-judgemental - so I'm wondering if anyone can help me out -on the website, I can book for "Buttocks" ($120-ish) or "Behind" ($50-ish) ...
I'm assuming behind is probably going to be what I'm after - just wanting clarification on the difference between the two and what's actually included?

I I do permanent underarms hair removal which would be the best clinic and does it cause any harm to the skin

I go to my local Laser Clinic in Perth- Midland. It causes no harm to my skin, but you are best to ask your therapist before starting any treatment if there are any risks involved for yourself.
