Being a cancer survivor I am conscious of only buying products that are healthy and won't compromise my immunity. This latex ticks all the boxes. There are no chemicals, everything is natural, and the mattress breathes sitting on top of my previous slated base. I chose healthy, but also got Comfort and a great looking product. Colleen in the Mosman shop was honest and knowledgable, and guided me to the perfect option for me .

We are really impressed with our new mattress. If you are after a firm excellent quality mattress this is the one for you. On Colleen's advise at the Mosman store I chose the natural cover for the base and it looks excellent on the dark carpet. As we were moving to Queensland after the purchase she also arranged to have it delivered to our new home. Now my husband and I have supported uninterrupted sleep and are very happy with our purchase. The pillow and mattress protector are also excellent quality.

We cannot believe just how supportive and comfortable this mattress is all in one it has just been what we both needed. Someone that needs good support for a back and neck condition it is perfect . My husband and I are finally getting the much needed quality sleep we wanted. I was concerned ordering the firm that it would be too firm, but it’s not at all, it’s comfy and supportive.
No more waking several times to change position and I’m not feeling as hot as I was with other mattresses.
Best investment ever!

As a 20+ year shift worker, sleep was difficult and a good mattress is critical. I’ve tried them all, fortunately my search had ended.
I’m 6’4” and 110kgs I can wriggle around and not disturb my partner, I sleep soundly for the first time in years.

I had been using regular inner spring mattresses all my life, and after injuring my spine many years ago, my back was screaming at me. The Pure Support has saved me from so many sore nights and painful mornings. My husband adores it too, and other family members are jealous. This is a very highly recommended mattress!

After careful research, we finally decided to try the mattress from Latex Mattress Australia, so we purchased the Pure Support mattress along with the pillow and the bed base. It's a slightly expensive choice and it took us more than a week to get used to the mattress, but we love it! We went through all the other feedback about their mattresses online, had our doubts and asked questions, so far we think the mattress gives the best value-- natural, long lasting, body support (big help for my pregnancy) and good money value for the long run. Also I would like to mention their excellent customer service and business culture-- thoughtful and authentic. It makes me very happy to find a reliable mattress as well as a business behind of it!

So glad we decided to buy after being initially unsure about purchasing a latex mattress - only due to the uncertainty of it helping my bad back issues. But it has helped. Our previous mattress was a spring ensemble, a quality and well known brand, but just not supportive enough. The Pure Support has been a very good purchase, I no longer feel twisted and sore and my quality of sleep has improved tenfold. I also no longer feel as if my sinuses are constantly blocked, so it makes me feel just a lot brighter and happier with the reduction of allergy symptoms.

Serena and Richard bend over backwards to help you out. I love the fact that it has such a long warranty. It can also be turned upside down which is important to keep the mattress free of dips and compressions etc over the years. Excellent quality and finally I can wake up from a nights sleep without pain!

We had a latex mattress before, but it had worn out after about 12 years. We shopped around for a new one, and were impressed by the 20-year warranty this one carries. It's well-made and comfortable. Better yet, customer service is great: On the day I bought the mattress, I had to go home to get my trailer in order to have the mattress before the weekend. The shop attendant waited after closing time for me to return.

Summary: Comfortable mattress, great warranty, appears to be good value for money.

We previously had a pocket spring mattress that sagged quite quickly after purchase, resulting in me getting up with a sore back every morning. So we decided to try something different. After reading reviews from many satisfied customers, we decided on a latex mattress this time and have not been disappointed. We did find the Pure Support mattress a little firm for our liking and added a latex mattress topper for additional comfort. The service at the Mosman showroom was excellent and the mattress is so comfortable that we would certainly recommend it.

So happy to finally purchase the Pure support mattress, beautiful looking and excellent feel, all over comfort and support. Both my husband and I are 6ft and love the feeling of consistent support without any pressure spots on shoulders and hips.

We recently purchased the "Pure support king mattress" in the firm with a medium topper, to replace a regular spring mattress. We couldn't be happier. It is amazingly comfortable and supportive. I wouldn't sleep on anything else now. We also purchased two pure latex pillows and they are amazing. My neck is totally pain free. The service we received was excellent too.
