The sales person for this company really doesn't know what you need to do after the pool instillation. We was clearly told that we had 2years to have our pool fence certified,to which the sales person denies.... funny that!
The owner makes promises that he would make it right if proof was given that the fence was installed in the same year, to be followed by an email from the wife of the owner that no such agreement was given. So although we paid for the council submission and certification in the price of the pool it still cost me another $660!

Don't trust Yatala Leisure Pools get it in writing and verify everything with another pool builder.

I'd highly recommend checking out a fibreglass pool from Leisure Pools North Brisbane. The entire team were great throughout in installing a Platinum Plunge for us which included a few tricky issues in aligning to some existing decking we had. Throughout both Taylor and Emma specifically were very helpful in stepping us through the process including quickly responding questions we had, which was pretty reassuring at the time. It is Used daily in the summer and cleaned weekly the robotic pool cleaner supplied does all the hard work for you and is simple to clean with a hose. A very happy customer

Thank you to Taylor at Leisure Pools North Brisbane for coordinating the installation of our beautiful new plunge pool. We loved the all-inclusive price and advice given about placement of the pool, colours, fencing and difficult access to the site. Stuart was kind enough to move a much-loved orange tree as part of the dig. Adam and Adam were hard-working, friendly and meticulous with their paving. The clear fence, with 3 frosted panels for privacy, looks amazing. The building process was smooth and the pool is easy to care for.

I know your supposed to get 3 quotes minimum but after meeting Taylor from leisure pools we didn't bother with the last one. We had zero pressure to sign it was "here is the price this is when we can install any questions".

Pool was supposed to be installed March but at the start of January Taylor called and said "how about next week?" We were out of the country that week but it all went ahead without issue, could not be happier with the team at Northside Leisure Pools.

Everything went smoothly, workers were all professional and managed to finished everything on time. We are happy with our new pool.
