Easy exercise.
Only ordered my Leitner Berlin cruiser the other day. Prompt delivery, easy to assemble and a pleasure to ride. For someone who needs the exercise (as I do), this is a good way to start getting back into fitness, without the strains, aches and pains. Very enjoyable all round. Highly recommend them.

Leitner just the best!
My Leitner cruiser is just the best thing I have purchased for years. I have many years of cycling experience. This bike is robust, has all the extras and just purrs along our Perth cycle tracks. Excellent value for money. I look forward to riding to work every day!

Highly recommended
I purchased a black straight bar folding bike with the upgraded 16Ah, 80 km range battery. The tires have maintained their pressure for months and have excellent grip. Initially I thought the bike was a little heavier than ideal but the weight is low and central and it handles really well, even if the road is wet. Nimble & stable. Cruises at 27 kph on the flat & goes to 34 kph with some enthusiastic pedaling. Head winds or hill, still goes well! The throttle helps keep a good line when taking off from the lights up to 6 kph & if you are in a lo...Read more
w gear with maximum assistance the front wheel gets off the road when accelerating! Fits in the boot of the car easily - put a cloth between the bits that touch each other to avoid scratches & take the battery out first. Great customer support. I had an issue with the charger which died & Ephraem Leitner was only to happy to provide a new one which I collected from him within 24 hours (Melbourne), He obviously takes pride in his product & service.

Peddle and go
Bought this bike not knowing what to expect, but need not have worried with delivery only three days and as I thought 250 watts would not be very nippy for a 100 kilo rider with backpack...... Wrong ! Cannot believe how it moves me along at a good pace and with the 16 ah battery I can ride for over two hours on high peddle assist and not worry about a flat battery.. Bike is well made and easy to assemble as most of it is done for you with tools supplied to carry out the job... Performs good on long rides with comfortable wide seat, but could ha...Read more
ve one more lower speed gear for big hills, this bike is a bit on the heavy side compared to a normal bike but that's understandable when you have a 16 ah battery and motor but it's still great to ride..... As I carry a breakdown kit when I go rideing, with spare tube and pump the first puncture didn't worry me till I got the new tube into wheel rim and found stem of tube not long enough to connect to pump due to high arch of rim of wheel....Trip to cheapa auto for four valve extenders seven bucks and I can use the normal 26 inch five dollar tubes...Yah! Also had to buy small foot pump as with a extender on valve it takes more pressure to get air in with hand pump, but it works.... It's early days yet but I think the bike will last me for sometime by the quality of build....1 comment

Amazing bike for what I paid
I couldn't ask for a more prompt delivery and the bike went together without any hick ups and I had my first ride today and it was amazing. The brakes were spot on and the gear change was incredibly good. It's still early days but I'm sure the electric motor will increase my range to anywhere here in Canberra.

Great product - fantastic support and service
I have just ordered my second ebike from Leitner, the first one was great, so great someone stole it off my caravan. Leitner has arranged to replace the bike for me at my cost but the support and service has been fantastic. Fast response to my request, fast delivery to my home and great after sales service.

Battery life and charging time as well as top speed and range?

Leitner E.Leitner
Hi Mike,
Thanks for your message.
Battery life is claimed to be 500 fully charged cycles based on good maintenance. It takes around 5-6 hours to fully charge a depleted battery. Top speed is 25km/hr.
10Ah battery will give you a range between 20-50km and 16Ah battery will give you about 32-80km. For more information about our bikes and to discuss which bike suits you, please give us a call on 1300 856 725 or send us an email at [email protected] . Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Leitner team
Hi Mike
So the top speed is set to 25 kmph and it feels like it, in that it holds its own, I find myself overtaking on the rail trail (mostly the mountain bikes) but not so much the road bikes, I elected for the 16Ah battery and took it on a 45 km ride and it nailed it!. and I could have gone further. My body didn;tt want to continue. I average about 20 km per ride and I can get 3 rides before charging it. If I am dong a long ride I will set on the mid range (which is about 15 kmph) and just cruise but for the 20 km rides I go max speed. It was one of the better bikes on the market for the price and that is why I chose it. It usually takes about 2-3 hours to charge from not a fully flat battery. I like my bike and have really enjoyed riding it.
