Possibly one of the worst detox's I have ever done. It makes you feel so sick and weak. After the 3rd day, the lemon syrup became so unbearable to drink to a point I thought I was going to trow up and couldn't shake the sick feeling. I felt so ill and tired and felt extremely miserable. I stuck it out for the 7 days but would never do it again! I lost a couple of KG but after I started to eat again my apatite increased dramatically from what it was before I done the detox and I probably gained double if not triple of what I lost doing the detox. Would highly not recommend this detox and would not waste your money.
Purchased in December 2021 at Health 365 for $100.00.

please read before buying it
this is clearly a fad before you buy read the reviews for the 1 & 2 stars. if you dislike an acidic taste than definitely don't buy for it will hurt your throat.

Very positive experience
I dont normally review products but on this occasion I would like to share my experience of the Lemon Detox Diet. I recently tried a short term low calorie diet which was quite successful but following two holidays, I felt a detox was in order. I did the Lemon Detox Diet for 5 days and i lost just under 4kg which was pretty good considering i had two slip ups. I have read online about drinking salt water in the mornings, I didn't do this as the leaflet I got in Holland and Barrett had no mention of it so i thought it best to give it a miss. I wasn't permanently on the loo either but i did have to blow my nose a lot as the detox was clearing my lungs and i guess being an occasional smoker was partially to blame for this. the hard work begins now but i would certainly recommend this detox without any hesitation.Similar opinion? The reason is that we all think toxin means something different.
I may be drinking too much beer, you might like chocolate, Jane enjoys salt and vinegar chips, Simon eats fried food every day..

They never say..
We already have a liver and kidneys. They are usually free and work better than this nonsense.
Lemon detox is misleading or deceptive... can't figure out which one.. But you can be sure both are illegal.

Great Cleanse and Detox
I'm currently doing this detox for a second time.
First time trying definitely worked wonders. I did the 7 day Lemon Detox as per instructed and managed to lose just over 6kg's by day 7.
The salt water in the morning's is definitely the hardest to get through, I would definitely recommend some time as it took me 20 minutes to drink I felt the need to vomit it all out but managed to keep it down and only shortly after I had to go to the toilet to flush it out of my system. So it wasn't as bad as I thought.

a bitter sweet type of drink, I don't mind it at all. Have found the first 2 days to be a challenge but once you get to day 3 it's a total breeze. I don't get hungry as long as I drink throughout the day I have found it keeps me feeling full and I often find myself going to the toilet regularly to flush it out of my system. I sprained my ankle a week ago and I was already trying to lose weight so when this happen I was pretty devo. I already had the detox at home as I brought it this time last year but just made excuses not to do it.

Feeling great!
I'm on day 4 of lemon detox and was very skeptical and afternoon of day 1 thought 'why the hell am i doing this??' But im determined and pulled through and have never felt better. I have more energy than ever and have been in a great mood. The worst part by far is the salt water in the morning but squeeze a decent slice of lemon in it and its way better. ut food a lot (especially when I'm bored) but i realise I'm not actually hungry (although im taking a herbal appetite suppressant to help). I've lost 2kg in 3 days and after exfoliating this morning my skin feels so soft. Obviously if you go back to eating like a pig when ur done you will put the weight back on and more so only do this if you're committed to kicking off a healthy lifestyle or if you already have one but have over indulged over a holiday or something. I plan on easing back into the food. I'm doing the full detox for 7 days then the relaxed version (small healthy lunch only) for 3. Then back to healthy meals and exercise. My fiancé isn't doing it so I have to be in the other room when he eats. Stay strong and stay out of tempting situations. It's only a week and you'll thank yourself! Feel great! I am just finishing day 5 and I feel crap still! Legs are sore and constantly hungry! But I shall continue to day 10. 4kg down and hoping for at least another 3kg before I finish...and I'm counting the days!!!!
