I was looking for a powerful (for CAD and simulations) also a laptop that could be a tablet and that was light for traveling AND with a touchscreen. I found it with the Lenovo Yoga 900s. I am really impressed with features and performance and I will definitely buy a new model in a year or two when I want to upgrade. This machine really packs a punch!!!

I've been using a Lenovo Yoga 900 for two years, it's a great laptop, powerful, light and perfect for travel. I've only had one issue with the touchscreen and they fixed it when an issue occurred just out of warranty and returned the laptop within 5 days and paid for the express shipping. It's a better computer that Microsoft Surface which is its direct competitor product and is cheaper.

Brilliantly fast is the first positive that comes to mind. The solid state hard drive means there's no lag between programs or running multiple things at once. Also helped by the Core i5 processor which makes tasks a breeze. The lack of DVD drive is a bit of a bummer, however, an external USB powered drive fixes that issue. Looks great with the silver & the hinges on the screen are very well made & as yet have not become loose or fragile. It never runs very hot either which is a big plus.
