Nothing but problems,
Constant issues with the battery sent it back to LG who said it was fine. that now only lasts 30 seconds- buyer beware, For a top of the range vacuum this is a very poor product
Purchased in January 2021 at The Good Guys for $600.00.

Battery sucks!
Vacuum works great, but despite claims to the contrary, the battery lasts about 10 mins only... JUST enough to clean my 1-bed flat.
And after about 14 months (surprise surprise), the battery stopped charging so I had to buy a new one for $140 or so. PRETTY crappy, considering I assume now I need to buy a new battery every year.
Purchased in April 2021 at Powerland for $529.00.

Do yourself a favour - Buy a Dyson!
My husband purchased this vacuum cleaner I. May 2018 from Harvey Norman at the Supacentre. From the beginning I thought it was pretty average as i would always have to go over an area multiple times to get it tidy. However, the battery very quickly started to fade and by January this year, it was down to 5 minutes between each full charge. It’s now down to about 45 seconds, so I’ve given up and just started using my dust buster.
Not the best result for a $700 vacuum!
I’ll be buying a Dyson.
Purchased in May 2021 at Harvey Norman Appliances Physical Store for $700.00.

My New Best House Applicance
I was staying at my daughters in Qld and loved the ease of using her LG vacuum cleaner daily to clean up after too messy (but adorable) grandkids. When I got home I decided to get one myself. I"ve gone from hating vacuuming to loving it - I've gone from vacuuming once in a while to using my LG cordless stick at least twice a week. I have wooden floors, rugs and carpet in bedrooms. My LG glides over all surfaces with ease. It is easy to empty and I've never had to use the spare battery it came with once. I live near the beach so sand co...Read more
mes with my regular visits there. I can take off the stick and use it as a hand vacuum with an attachment it came with in my vehicle too. I have had mine for 8 months now and love it more and more and my partner is looking at getting one. No more long cords and pulling along a cumbersome heavy vacuum that damaged my wall & kitchen cupboard corners. I am one more than happy customer; as is my daughter.Purchased in January 2021 at The Good Guys.

An Excellent Cleaner
This is an excellent Cleaner and Quick and easy to use, and would recommend this product. Only problem I had with this product is that there is a little tongue in the handle that does nothing but get in the way. I would cut this off if not for guarantee. Having the second battery is a great help for doing all rooms.
Purchased in January 2021 at The Good Guys for $800.00.

A brilliant piece of tech
Before I rave about this product, I just want to address the complaints about motor surges which seem to all end up over here: You MUST clean the filter every few weeks!!! If you don't it will start to slow down, which is basically its way of asking to be cleaned. Cleaning it is ridiculously easy. You just screw off a couple of parts and give them a rinse. Also empty the container after every clean. Do this and your vacuum will last.
OK, now for the review. We have owned this vacuum for almost a year and it hasn't missed a beat. It performs a...Read more
mazingly on both hard and carpet surfaces (provided you have the hard surface spinny head thing). We were blown away by the amount of dirt it picked up when we first used it, especially given how quiet it is. You feel like it isn't actually doing anything when it is running it's that quiet. I love how easy it is to maintain and clean. My only gripe is the non mechanized heads seem to suck (or lack of suck). The fact it comes with two batteries makes it a real cord replacement. I think I've only had to use the second battery once despite that. This is a great vacuum. I used to hate vacuuming but now I love this piece of kit. My girlfriend complains I like it more than her. She's probably not wrong.Purchased in June 2021 at The Good Guys for $800.00.

LG Customer Care - BEWARE
I highly advise anyone that wants to purchase a stick vacuum to steer clear of LG, or any LG product. Their customer care and service is rubbish. My vacuum pretty much snapped whilst VACUUMING carpet and i naively took it out of my way to the service centre rightly thinking its a warranty issue as machine is only 8 months old, they have pretty much dismissed me after my case manager from the resoltion centre avoided me after 6 days of calls. Also, the service centre said its faulty/ damaged and cannot ascertain how the damage was caused, so up...Read more
to LG to determine the outcome. I never publicly complain but Its the principle of the issue, a vacuum that breaks whilst doing what its supposed to do. I Had to file a complaint with ACCC. To top it off i recommended this vacuum to so many people because other than this it is a great product. Plus, when it was 6 months old, the pole was not working when changing the height, however this was fixed under warranty. Quality of parts from experience not good, design and suction plus time, great. Service - terrible.Purchased in July 2021 at Bing Lee Physical store for $499.00.

Vacuum with convenience
I purchased this stick Vacuum Cleaner from Appliances Online. Choice recommend this stick vacuum. It comes with two batteries which allows me to vacuum my 5 bedroom home and use the Turbo level when needed in a few places. It comes with two heads. One for all surfaces and one for just hard surfaces to use on tiles or wood floors. It is not as noisy as my old Dyson. This LG vacuum does not require me to hold down the power button when in use. Also comes with a vertical stand for easy storage. The stand allows for one or both batteries to be charged. Charging of both batteries at the same time will take longer. The stick part is adjustable. I am very happy with the cleaning performance on carpet and tiles.

Absolutely amazing product!
i walked in to the good guys to purchase a Dyson and went home with this Vacuum! Everything the LG offered was more and even better than the Dyson. It does my 5 bedroom, split level, floor board home (one room carpet) on ONE battery and still has life left in it. It sucks up EVERYTHING. I was actually a little grossed out at how dirty my floors get as my old vacuum picked up nothing! I couldn't be happier with the product and how easy it is to use. Storage so easy, has two heads (one for floor boards and one for carpet), 2 batteries and also will run without you holding a button (the Dyson you have to keep your finger on the button where as the LG will run without holding a button, so much easier to use!). Couldn't recommend higher!!

Best vac I've ever used
Went in to buy a Dyson and walked out with this LG model.
Use regularly on floorboards and carpet with the two different heads and both have great results.
Super simple to store as well, as it breaks down into small parts and can be kept hidden away.
Far better than the clunky giant old barrel vac we owned previously.

Better than a Dyson!
I use this on tiles and carpet. Suction is great, and it picks up all of the dog hair and dirt they bring into the house without spreading it around. Battery life is great - it doesn't die after half the house like my Dyson did.
I have even been able to use it to catch flies mid-flight (yes, after a couple of wines).

Excellent with the extra battery to last longer and great suction
The vacuum has great power and is lightweight, comes with the extra battery, compared to the dyson v8 It can do 4 rooms easily and if you have the super suction it will last approx 7 to 10mins depending, with the extra battery you can do lots.
