Battery stopped working in a just over year
We spent around $800 on a CordZero and its pretty disappointing. After only a year of average use the battery already wont hold a charge, and the vacuum hunts in and out of power mode on its own. Its just below par at this price point.

The LG is a little beauty, stays charged for 15 mins plus and does a great job! It charges very quickly too a too, just have to push abit harder. Mine came with two heads but Im only using the one for tiles so far, it glides beautifully

worst vacuum ive ever used
I spent over 600 dollars on this and i have to say it is terrible it has not great suction but gladly it has a turbo button which you use quite frequently but then i also spend more time unblocking the thing than i actually do vacuuming it is a real nightmare it constantly gets blocked at the inlet and its not through anything large it just has a shocking design ive had better 50 dollar items from cheap retailers believe me i dont even have carpets i have floor boards maybe its ok on carpet but if i wanted another vacuum cleaner it would not be one of these it is garbage

Good cordless vacuum
This vacuum is quite good. The suction is ok and the battery life is ok too. The filtration is excellent and the noise level is not too bad. When cleaning with the powered head attachments, it performs very well.

Great motor, disappointing casing quality :(
Ive had the LG cord zero A9 for almost 12 months. It is my first cordless vacuum cleaner. My home is pretty small, no Capet or rugs- just laminate boards and tiles. A family home with pets.
Pros
- great to have a second battery
- convenient to have the stand that comes with it
- great suction, perfect for every day use
- love being able to wash the filter
- havent needed to use my big corded Vax since purchasing this vacuum

- poor quality casing - for a $800 vacuum cleaner I would expect durable, high quality casings, but as shown in pictures, bits have fallen off and cracked. Ive had to sticky tapes bits back on! Very disappointed. Replacement parts can be bought but expensive (unreasonably so given how cheaply they are made) - on/off button is starting to get stuck - great for every day use, not powerful enough for good result on car carpetPurchased in November 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for $800.00.

USELESS IN THE CAR
If I didn’t have a car to clean, I probably would have given this machine a high score. However, the main reason I wanted a cord free vacuum is for keeping my four wheeled “pride and joy” clean, without all the hassle of extension cords and threading electric cords through doors/windows etc.
This machine does a really good job inside the house because of its motorised head. However, LG failed to include a mini motorised head accessory for cleaning in small spaces such as car interiors. As a result, in my opinion, the Cord Zero is absolutely U...Read more

Do yourself a favour and buy it!
Had this vacuum for well over a year and it's the best thing. I worked were I sold both this and the Dyson and I'd always recommend. Forget the ear squealing noise, the lg is quieter. No hand cramps from holding the trigger it's just press and go. Battery run out, no drama put in the other one! Great for rental properties with the stand and properties with pets.

Great upgrade from Dyson
Replaced my Dyson V6 with this and the LG is miles in front. Can't comment on how it compares to the V8/10/11.
Suction is excellent and picks up pet hair really well. Excellent on tiles and handles carpet much better than the Dyson which used to bog down. Much quieter than the Dyson and battery life is excellent - I haven't had a need to use the 2nd battery that comes with it.
Downsides; it feels a bit heavier than my old Dyson but upside is not having to hold the trigger all the time. Came with lots of different attachments and the charge st...Read more

Fantastic Vacuum, Extra Battery is a Bonus!
I have used this vacuum for approx. 6 months, and couldn’t be happier! Although it’s expensive, I was finally swayed by the dual batteries and the constant-on button, removing the need to hold a trigger to use it.
The dual batteries have been a constant bonus, as I find myself running the vacuum at a higher power whilst using it on the carpeted stairs (made easier with the adjustable shaft) and the other carpeted areas. The free-standing charging station has also been very handy, constantly charging the second battery.
I have found it very ...Read more
well suited for hard surfaces, and whilst it cleans carpet quite well, it doesn’t provide a comprehensive deep clean on carpets (which is to be expected given the vacuums’ small size). The vacuum is quiet whilst running which we’ve found very helpful for our cats, as our previous corded vacuum was very loud. Overall, I have found this vacuum to exceed our expectations. It is expensive, which is the only reason for a 4/5 star rating, though I’ve found myself recommending it to family and friends.Purchased in February 2021 at The Good Guys for $775.00.

BRILLIANT
We bought the LG cordzero with 2 batteries after our drag along vac retired.
We use this cordless on every floor in the house from timber in the kitchen to carpet in the living areas & all the tiled floors and don't change the head it's BRILLIANT and just cleans it all, under furniture it easily gets into every nook and cranny, even the car gets done now. We have a 5 old month beagle so dog hair and everything she drags in from digging up the flowers is quickly cleaned up.
The second battery means the house always gets finished & with me being...Read more

Since i retired this has become my job even though i whinge how hard it is ( falls on deaf ears ) doing the floors is a real breeze. The boss is happy and i am earning browny points faster than i lose them. Thanks LG it's our first product from you and now will look for your brand with confidence for our next purchase. Great for People with Arthritis
When you have Arthritis in your hands, you are challenged, in more ways than you can imagine.
This Cordless stick vac is great . It does’t have a trigger, theirs an off / on button, so you don’t have to hold anything on or down .
Extending, changing heads are easy as well, even emptying the canister isn’t that painful.
I’m not saying it’s painfree, nothing is, but when you want to or have to vacuum, this makes it a little less painful.
Keep a look out for specials, I received a box of attachments and 12 bottles of wine FREE

2 battries makes this really amazing.
I was completely done with stupid cords. We are living in a wireless age. I completely got rid of my large corded Dyson and switched to this. We have luxury vinyl planks and I would only recommend this with hard floors. Works really well cleaning the car too.

Good vacuum - AWFUL warranty service
Was very good when working. Stopped turning on after 6 months. Contacted LG and had it sent to the closest repair agent. It's now been 7 weeks since I dropped it off and it's no closer to being fixed. LG seems unable to send the parts to the repair agent and after several phone calls and emails back and toward I am just sick of it. Having to go through ACCC now to see was constitutes 'reasonable repair time. All in all AVOID and buy the Dyson.

Been having an horrid experience with LG
Bought this from Myer and it went great for the first 2 weeks I loved it. After 2 weeks of use one of the heads stopped rotating and sucking. Bit frustrating but decided to give their support a quick call and have it fixed. Their support was nice and friendly at first and agreed to send out a replacement head. Was only going to take 5 days as well not too bad at all.
After about 8 days I call again on a Saturday as I hadn't received it nor had I received any correspondence from them. Was advised the part hasn't been sent as their warehouse wa...Read more
s closed but would be sent out the next business day and I should have it by the end of the week. End of the week rolls around and still nothing. Send a quick email and never actual receive a response. Another week goes by and talk to LG support via online chat. I'm told it's currently at the local newsagency. I call up my newsagency but they don't have it. I ask LG for the tracking information and they supply me one for what I assume was one of their other customers as it's been delivered to a completely different area and to a completely different name. I call them out on this but they assure that it's mine. Makes absolutely no sense. Still to this day I am unable to use my vacuum and LG hasn't supplied the replacement part they promised.Purchased in June 2021 at Myer for $700.00.

Extra Battery is Perfect!!
Purchased this after our Dyson stick died and am so happy! Works great on hard floors as well as the carpet we have at home. Impressive range of attachments and the additional battery is a definite winner!! Half the price of the Dyson and much better features in my opinion. You can also wash most of the parts in this to get rid of the dust and dirt, unlike the Dyson where I had to use the air compressor to blow the dirt from the unit itself. Very happy!!

Waste of money
purchased 2 months ago, had to clean power drive, had to ring customer care to assist over phone as it was so difficult to remove, not so much what you had to do, it just wouldn’t budge, it finally did, but now can’t get it back on without breaking it. Rang customer care, who was taking so long as she was addressing other people at the same time. No assistance. Left a message saying disappointed someone rang I rang them back. I also sent a video what was happening, customer care said I have to take it 25 km away to closes repairer. I can’t tell you how regretful I am that I bought this should hav bought Dyson

Great vacuum!
I absolutely love this vacuum. I swapped from a Kmart one that I purchased for my new home. I use this on laminate flooring, tiles and carpet. I bought this to battle dog hair in my home and it has done an amazing job! It has three speed/suction options. I normally use it on the second and can vacuum my laminate flooring with one charge. I would highly recommend buying this with 2 batteries. I also use it on my couch to get dog hair off. I'm super impressed with how well it does on carpet. I vacuum my room with it and the little barrel fills up completely. It picks everything up! I also use different attachments for different flooring, as recommended.
I would highly recommend this vacuum!

Brilliantly engineered.
I have swapped from a barrel - pull along Hoover Vogue which died to the LG. With the charging dock attached to the wall it's always on charge and ready to go. Love the hard floor and carpet heads - suction is fine although I use 2nd level power most of the time. Lowest power is not great but it's very quiet. Battery life is fine for a small house. Emptying is so much easier than the old Hoover.
Feels like a high quality product - I haven't ever used a Dyson but I couldn't want for more with the LG

So happy
So I have 6 kids and got tired of pulling out the vacuum after every meal . So decided to buy a cordless vacuum. It has 100% made my life so much easier and it’s light and so easy to use that the kids also are now helping with the clean up . It’s also very easy to empty and clean .

Why would you buy anything else
This is a great unit with so many features and advantages over other brands that it really became a no brainer when it came to deciding on our new stick vac. The LG A9 Multi2x has ergonomically designed on/off and power mode buttons that are not only perfectly positioned but only need to be toggled on or off as opposed to Dysons cumbersome trigger which has to be continuously held down. This LG model comes with 2 battery packs which can both be charged at the same time in the docking station which effectively means you never run out of power wh...Read more
ere the Dyson has one non removable battery so you would be charging the unit more than using it. In my opinion the LG also seemed to have a better build quality and has a massive 10 year warranty on the motor compared to a 2 year warranty on the Dyson. The LG's suction is more than enough even on low power mode for our slate floors and all of this for $350 less than the Dyson V10. So as you can see, in the end the decision was a no brainer.Purchased in February 2021 at The Good Guys Physical store for $647.00.
