Used it on all surfaces and at the beginning it was great now it barely holds a charge and the dust canister is sooo annoying to empty! Never again LG

Thank you but no doubt a generic response - I’d accept nothing less than a replacement as 30 seconds per battery in a top-of-the-line $900 Stick Vac not my idea of money well spent!

Beware

published

There is an issue with the batteries on the LG cord zero. Mine failed after a few charges and the same has happened to my mates too. A quick check on the net reveals this is a common problem.

Purchased in August 2021 for $699.00.

Disappointed - expected better quality for the $$$

published

Have owned this vacuum for 6 months now with it not working properly since day one. Battery life was not as claimed and the power control function had a mind of its own. I made a warranty claim and dropped the unit off at a local repair center. The motor itself was determined to be faulty. Within a few weeks of it being repaired the vacuum has started malfunctioning again. LG support are useless. Would not recommend purchasing one - buy a dyson.
