I am very happy with this microwave so far. We bought this to replace our 10 year old LG microwave and I am very happy with all the functions that this microwave has. I have found that the defrost function seems to be quite accurate so far and I haven't had problems with the meat starting to cook. I have cooked frozen pies for my son with the sensor cook function and they have cooked in 5 minutes and been cooked perfectly (I don't think I will ever cook them in the oven again!). The programming for defrosting and heating using programs seem to miss the point and prove variable. I weighed up some frozen chicken, defrosted it and was suspicious so I only allowed it to do 2/3 of the time shown. Just as well as this was virtually defrosted and slightly cooked on edges. I returned to practices used with my old Sharp (10 years old).
