Worst Washing Machine
Purchased this machine to replace a top loader washing machine. The machine has wrecked my towels, enjo tea towels and micro fibre cloths. If I had known that this machine would make my towels etc rough and dry I would not have purchased it. I have tried vinegar, using less washing detergent and spinning them on a lower rpm and they are still coming out rough and dry. Telephoned LG and their only comment was use some power softner which I have also tried with no luck. The machines cycles are extremely long and I find the quick wash which t...Read more
akes 14 minutes does not do a thorough enough wash. Also the machine does not connect to our WiFi and we have contacted LG three times and someone is suppose to call us back which never happens. The only good thing about the machine is the mini washer as this does a thorough wash on the Speed Cycle only downside is that it is not big enough. Don't waste your money especially if you are use to soft towels and are time poor as the Steam Cycles take 2+ hours. Harvey Norman salesperson said that front loader machines were so much better on your clothes and talked us out of buying a top loader washing machine as he said that they wreck your clothes, I have had a top loader washing machine for 20 years and it has never wrecked my clothes, I have had a front loader washing machine for one week and it has wrecked more half my towels, tea towels and micro fibre cloths.Purchased in February 2021 for A$1,699.00.

A twin washer that is worth the money
The mini washer and front loader wash the clothes extremely well. The spin cycle on the front loader is very quiet and the mini washer is a little louder but still quiet. The mini washer creates more vibration than the front loader. I really like having the mini washer on the bottom so it raises the height of the front loader, as opposed to that other brand (starting with S) that put the mini washer on top. No more bending down and there is bench space on top. I would not recommend installing yourself, the machine comes in two parts that requir...Read more
e construction and the combined weight is 115kg. The included cycles are ridiculously long, as they are with all front loaders, I have been washing full loads on the 14 minute quick wash cycle and it does a brilliant job. The Duvet cycle has no problem spinning a wet and heavy king size doona. Being able to wash two loads at the same time cuts down time spent doing laundry.
