I have an LG inverter 11 kg front loader washing machine. Its only two years old and I bought it brand new from the good guys. Lately when I put it on i get an error message of 03 when the machine only has 11 minutes to go. Looked at the instructions and went through everything it said to do. I have cleaned the filter and drained the water and it is still doing it. I also take things out half way thinking its unbalance but that doesnt work either. CAn someone please let me know what they think it is? Regards

My old machine had a standard 45min wash cycle. I cant find cycle lengths for this machine. If I put in a normal, (mixed load, lightly soiled) how long would it take to wash?

Hi Janet. I think the cycle you are looking for is SPEED 14 but you will only be able to do a small load of lightly soiled clothes. If you are washing linens I do not think there is a short cycle available. Most of my linen cycles seem to run for about 1:30 - 1:45 minutes but I am OK with that. LeeN.

I recently brought the 11kg to replace my 10kg top loader. I’m finding with this tho on a lot of my loads on the spin cycle it vibrates very badly on the floor. It’s happened on small loads and large loads. But not every time. Is there something I can do to stop this please? Other then that it’s great.

How long would you say the wash cycle time is for a full load? My current front loader is only a 7.5kg machine but it can wash a full load in an hour, so hoping this LG machine is the same but with a larger capacity...!

It can range in time for different wash cycle. If you use the speed function can wash a full load around 15-25mins easily. However if u put in other modes can be about 1hour or more. Great thing is that it has so many functions/programs. Hope that helps
