Hi, At the risk of asking what may seem silly, are you sure the hot and cold hoses are connected to the correct tap?
If in doubt, try swapping them (the hoses) over, if that fixes your problem then yes, they were the wrong way round.

Lg wt-h750 drains fine on wash cycle but when it goes to spin cycle wont drain with oe or de error code, cleaned all filters and hoses even removed pump to make sure no blockages

what is the acceptable lifespan of LG WT-H750 washing machine. Has 10 year guarantee on motor but motherboard to pump not working and needs to be replaced as water wont drain. My question is why a 10 guarantee on motor if motherboard packs it in within 7 years. Misleading

I’m using the WT-H750 7.5kg LG TOP LOADER purchased in 2013 haven’t gotten any of the above problems but only in the past couple years, every time it comes to the winter season, my start button wont power on even when I’ve tried to unplug it and turned the switch on and off. Summer time I can do 2-3 loads a day but now it’s getting to the colder season bizarrely my machine never wants to turn on for 2-7 days now. How can I fix this problem?? It’s actually been a week now and my start button doesn’t let me turn the machine on and doesn’t actually power on. PLEASE HELP ANYONE??

Sometimes mine won't power on after a load and I just leave it for a few mins. Bit of a pain in the him but it goes again

My machine goes through the wash cycle and then takes for ever to drain. My washing is take 2hours or more to do. I have to stop the wash cycle and turn it off and then back onto the spin cycle. Not coming up with a fault though Any ideas?

Something definitely not right, no way should it be taking that long. Get onto where you bought it and put in a major complaint if you haven't had it long

im getting a constant alarm that displays the code dE (door lid open) but the door lid is closed. ive tried locking and unlocking the lid. turning the machine on and off, resetting it but it still happens. it is doing my head in. this washing machine is about to fly of the bloody belcony. Any help?

Hi.LG WM model WT750.OE error.Fills, runs cycle-won't drain.Checked plug-no blockage.When lower hose it drains freely.No sound from pump.Replaced pump with new-still no sound to pump & OE error. Any help? Thanx

Hi,
I haven't really had a problem with the machine not draining after it runs its cycle, it only happened once or twice when the cycle was interrupted, possibly due to power outage or when the machine became unbalanced during the cycle, (which occurs often and is very annoying). If we are not there to re-balance it, it re-fills with water and after a couple of times just stops, (if you are not there when it is running its cycle and becomes unbalanced, this maybe one possibility why the machine has not drained). Other than that I am not much help sorry. Good luck.

WT-H750 won't drain after successful wash. OE error. Released water as per manual but no blockage. No burnout smell. Replaced pump and checked all drainage pipes for blockage but still same error. Door closed properly and produces DE error when opened so I don't think this is the problem. Any suggestions greatfully accepted. What else can I check?

Sorry Swashbuckler but I am not a washing machine mechanic. I didn't have that problem with my lemon. Only way to fix it is to get a mechanic to look at it.Wish I could be of more help. Good luck.

Hi there, agitator is not working causing washing powder to sit on the clothes. Rest of cycle is working fine.
Spin dry is working OK.

Machine was on cycle, when went to check, machine was off, clothes not fully spun and no power to machine.
Checked power point other appliances work in it, plugged machine into another plug still no power.
Is there a way to reboot it?

I only had that problem once. I had to leave the machine for a while then restart the cycle. Never found out why it did it. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Check that the output hose free and easy for the water to flow out. If it's not, the machine won't pump it.
