Do Not buy - a huge waste of money
I bought the 10ft spring free Hyperjump for my son as a Christmas present in 2016.
The elastic has perished and the trampoline no longer bounces. It has been positioned in a shady spot in the yard and received little direct sunlight.
The company advised me that I should have bought their spring trampoline if I wanted longevity!
They refused to replace the mat and advised I should buy a $130 replacement.
I will certainly not be wasting any more money and would recommend you look for another brand.
Purchased in December 2021 at Lifespan Kids for A$520.00.

Avoid at all costs.
Purchased the 10ft Hyperjump springless trampoline in December 2016 and the mat has no bounce left in it. All of the spring straps are stretched so much that my 3 yr old can barely bounce on it anymore. The website claims the springless trampolines have been tested to last over a million bounces. What a load of rubbish!!! Our trampoline is used maybe 2 or 3 times a week for 5 minutes at best (young kids get bored very quickly). Emailed the company to see if we could get any support but just got an email back stating the warranty on the mat is 1...Read more

I would not recommend this trampoline at all!! Terrible
Screws and bolts were missing in the box including the ladder so my trampoline has no proper ladder. A bolt was also missing for the frame of the trampoline. Still waiting for my missing parts after 3 days.
The legs don't fit in properly at all so our trampoline has no legs at all.
The net keeps falling off just after 3 days my husband assembled it
Terrible quality won't ever buy this again as things made in China are not of good quality.
I don't think this trampoline is safe as missing at boot and don't have proper legs also since the net keeps falling off since the attachments where the net goes were not made well at all!!!

Great middle of the road trampoline - Value for money!
We purchased this 5 months ago for our toddlers birthday. We purchased online at oo.com.au for about $430 and were able to get a 10ft tramp for the same price as the 8ft tramp through Big W (an alternative stockist). Delivery was quick, although outside of estimated delivery time. The tramp appeared easy to put together. My husband took a couple of hours to work through it on his own and just asked for my help at the end to put the netting on. No complaints from him, he just plugged away. For the price I think the quality is fantastic. It's onl...Read more
y been 5 months, but there is no indication of any wear and tear or damage at this point. My toddler uses it everyday, and particularly likes to use the net to bounce off which the tramp withstands easily, though of course she only weighs about 12 kilos. Compared to cheaper trampolines you can definitely see the difference in quality here. The padding around the net is a thick canvas, not the cheap pool noodle material that crumbles in the sun. Same again for the padding around the trampoline. It's a very thick plastic that can be reversed to show either green, or black. It's got a good bounce. My hubby, toddler and I use it together regularly - 3 of us at the same time. From day one the zip has always got stuck in one spot, but it seems to have got better, and not worse, with age. The ladder steps are surprisingly comfortable for bare feet and easy for my toddler to negotiate safely. The "springfree" component, is that the old style springs have been replaced with thick elastic bands. My only negative is that it would be great if it were supplied with more hooks to go under the tramp to secure the elastic bands. It just feels like there is not enough, allowing some gaps. I would highly recommend this tramp. So glad we went this way as opposed to the $200 alternative offered from other retailers for similar. It was difficult deciding whether to fork out that kind of money, but comparing quality you definitely get what you pay for. Originally I felt it was too big, and it does feel a monstrosity in our yard, but in terms of jumping space my 2 year old is growing in to it very quickly.Similar opinion? Hi,
Just wondering if you had any trouble connecting the rods together at the top of the netting? So far putting it all together has been quite straight forward but we are having trouble connecting the blue & red rods! We have tried putting it up on the poles and putting them together on the ground but still couldn't close them...any tips welcome!
