Francesca G.asked
Hi please may I swap the meals of the same day?
2 answers
Can't see why not.
Kim M.Lite n' Easy
Hi Francesca. On a Full 1200 Calorie meal plan, you can eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in any order at any time of the day. Many customers, for example swap their lunch meal with the dinner meal as they would prefer a lighter meal in the evening. The calories for Breakfast and Lunch do differ slightly but together (including the snack items) they total roughly 800 calories, leaving approximately 400 calories for dinner.

NEVILLE LATTAasked
I have a serious back problem and CANNOT lift the box.
I previously tried and fell backwards into my garden. Subsequently I had arranged for the delivery to be taken inside. This worked until today when the delivery person said he could not make contact with me, even though I was in the house. He then decided to leave the box on my front steps knowing that I would be unable to pick it up with any safety to myself. I am now told that the box cannot and will not be picked up so it will stay on my front step till some time in the future Light and Easy picks it up. If it starts to smell I guess that will be your responsibility

Hi, is there a gluten free meal plan.
2 answers
At present, Lite n Easy don't cater for allergy-free (including gluten intolerance) meals.
Kim M.Lite n' Easy
Hi Mandy. Our meal plans are not gluten free. However, we do have a range of meals which do not use ingredients containing gluten. It is important to keep in mind though that these meals are produced in a kitchen facility that also produces meals with gluten, therefore are not suitable for those with coeliac disease. You can find ingredients lists for all of our meals here: https://www.liteneasy.com.au/our-food/nutrition/ingredient-books/.
Kate R.asked
Hello!
I started lite n easy this week, I am on the 1200 calorie meal plans lunch and dinner option. Today my combined calories for my lunch and dinner meals provided by lite n easy is 800 calories.
Should the combined calories for my lunch and dinner meals I’m receiving from lite n easy equal 1200 calories or have I misunderstood how this works?
Thank you!
2 answers
Kim M.Lite n' Easy
Hi Kate. We reserve 400 calories for breakfast, morning snack and your milk allowance, therefore it's correct that your lunch and dinner on the 1200 calorie plan was 800 calories combined. If you were to order breakfast as well your plan would consist of 1200 calories (minus calories for your milk).
Hi Kim, thank you for your response - very helpful! I think I need to bump up to the 1500 cal plan in this case.
Thanks again, I appreciate the quick response :)

I am on the 1200 calorie full menu.
In the past I have been a member of another weight loss company and there menu seemed to provide better options for snacks including dessert. This was great as it curbed my cravings.
I’m wondering why light and easy don’t include things like muesli bats, little chippy packets even proper desserts? Why are the snacks always oranges and apples?
1 answer
Kim M.Lite n' Easy
Hi there. You'll find we do offer a range of snacks that include cakes, popcorn, nut mix and even crackers with cheese or dip. These snacks may vary depending on which seasonal menu we're in. In addition to this Lite n' Easy follows the Australian Dietary Guidelines and has been developed for healthy, balanced eating, so we include as much variety as possible. All snacks are stated on our menu so that you can make sure you're getting what you want when ordering.

If I don't eat all of the daily amount of food, can eat it the next day along with that days allocation? Some days i am away from my desk and don't have time to eat everything. I am on the 7 days 3 meals programme. Thanks Helen
2 answers
Absolutely. So On that day you have eaten less calories. Even better
Kim M.Lite n' Easy
Hi Helen. The calorie count is taken as an average across the week, so if your goal is weight loss it should not be affected. We do however recommend checking the expiry date of anything you are not eating on its specified day.
