Ordered a scooter online. I checked their stock levels on the site first as I did not intend on purchasing if I would not receive it quickly. Their website said that it was in stock.
It was actually out of stock and immediately placed on back order. No communication from LN to advise me of this. Their website is still stating that this item is in stock. I did advise LN of this but had no response nor have they resolved it on their website. I suspect it might be deliberate to keep their sales up. Customer service wasn’t very helpful or polite either. I would never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone. They don’t seem to be very honest and their theory is if someone calls them out on it, just ignore them.

Purchase a bike from Little Nation and soon realised that it was a bad idea... The rear wheel kept falling off and, if it was done up tight enough so that it would not fall off, it would not spin... terrible design and what is worse is that:
*submitted a support ticket to little nation where they asked for photos, explanation etc.
*received the reply: "We have not had issues with the bike!"
So at this point I was angry as they did not even believe me after taking time to send photos etc. I was only trying to highlight an issue and it was denied. No compensation or resolution offered therefore I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor Customer support, poor product!

My 10 month old loves his new trike. He's really enjoying being able to look around more than he ever could in his pram. We're so glad we bought it for him.

Received new bike as a gift for daughters 2nd birthday. When unpacking we saw deep scratches on main frame bar and forks. I emailed photos and was refused refund or exchange. Initially offered free watch (valued $9.95) as compensation, and after a week of emails I was offered $20 compensation. Absolutely appalling service, do not buy from this company, should’ve seen the signs when there is no phone number to actually call someone to discuss any issues. Definitely breaking consumer law and will look further into this.

Little Nation- you really really need to provide better assembly instructions with clearer pictures and parts that are made to the correct size! In particular the clamps are very poorly made and one of them was too small. I can see these comments have been made by others, so it's time to pay attention and do something about it.

My son has been using his little nation balance bike since he was 18 months. And it's absolutely stood the test of time! He uses it every day and is pretty speedy now. He's almost 3 now.

We've tried a few other brands friends of ours had and they're all much too heavy and with air in the tires.

Ours still looks brand new!

It's really well made and light which is handy when you're out for a walk and the kids decide you need to carry their bikes..

The stress putting this product together wasn't worth the effort. Never again!!!!!! Blah blah oh the staff didn't actually help. They asked for a photo but didn't responded after I sent it. It was too hard.

Brought this for my son and I think he will love it however the assembly instructions are terrible. They are too brief and not clear. Parts don’t fit well. Right now bike is only turning to the right. Instructions need to be clearer and more detailed even if you only provide online

Purchased this bike and it is great first bike for my little one. Very light and easy to ride. It is being used nearly everyday since the purchase 7 months ago.

This was a birthday present for our sons 2nd birthday and he loves it we can’t get him off it. I love the fact it is light weight, yet strong and can deal with everything a 2 year can throw at it. Best present every!

Our daughter loves her balance bike and is always wanting to take it for a ride. Rain, hail or shine. We love the quality, and great value for money. Well recommended

Love this bike, it is a quality first bike for our little girl.
She is in love with it and learning to use it with ease, she is super keen amd I think that just speaks volumes to how great this product is!
We are also in love with the colours available and especially the purple we selected!

I bought a balance bike for my son for his birthday. The manual was extremely brief, very unclear and missing information. I also had a part that didn’t fit and after speaking to customer service, I was told I needed to make the part bigger by stretching it with a screwdriver. I was unable to attach the wheels as the instructions were missing from the manual and the information provided from customer service was also confusing.
I was told that a return of product cake at my own cost.
Do not recommend at all.

Delivery was prompt and the online purchase was seamless. This bike is lighter and better quality than a different one I bought for my daughter 2 years prior. As a bonus, this was also cheaper. At $50-60 it represents excellent value. My 3 yr old son loves his all black one.
If there is any area for improvement, its the assembly instructions. The instructions provided were not helpful in setting up the wheel mechanisms and the various nuts did not fit easily. After fiddling around for 30 minutes and trying a few combinations, we managed to get it.

Its a well-built, fantastic looking bike made with good materials. My son has so much fun riding his. I am glad I found a decent balance bike that my son loves.

I love buying presents for my grandchildren that promote the outdoors and being active. So when my granddaughter was having her second birthday I knew that the best present to get her would be a balance bike. I went online and the first site I came upon was the Little Nation Balance Bike - I loved the look of it and the range of colours, and the best thing was that it was on sale just at the right time. My granddaughter absolutely loves her new bike. She is able to get on and off with ease and her confidence in riding her Little Nation Balance Bike is evident in her increasing speed at which she rides. Would highly recommend this as a present for any grandparent not knowing what to buy for a young grandchild. Absolutely perfect gift!

This bike arrived, and it was exactly as described, including very accurate in colour to the webpage.
It was relatively easy to assemble, and our toddler loves it.
