We just moved into our new house built by LIH. They were able to build it within the time frame and the house looks great. Our site supervisor Steve was fantastic and very helpful. Girls in the office were also very helpful. Was always easy to contact them and communicate. Great team and a big thank to LIH.

We have just had our home built by Long Island Homes. The first stages were exciting, where we inspected the home designs and decided upon exactly what we wanted. Then watching our vacant block of land slowly come to life was very exciting. The team in the office supported us with our many questions and guided us through the entire process. Our supervisor Ryan really cared about our new home and he worked very hard to ensure that the tradesman completed the work above our expectations. He was patient and attentive and we couldn’t be happier. The tradesman were very skilled and polite and have built us the perfect home.Thank you Long Island Homes!

As you do with any build, you need to make so many decisions through the colour and electrical process but the team held our hand and made it feel seamless and easier than expected.

Special shout out to the building supervisor Ryan, the level of service we received from him has been outstanding.he is so easy to deal with, really friendly and helpful, always be available to answer questions and did his best to meet our enquiry.
He went the extra step to make any little corrections that we pointed out.

Site Mgr Mitch is perfectionist and he did his job very well on time.
Issued invoices on time.
Each fortnight got the update about building stage.
We got the suggestions from Interior designing team (Monique) which was very helpful.
Michelle Berardi- Customer Liaison Mgr helped us throughout the process.

We are very happy with the new house, and thanks to the supervisors Joe and Stephen. The company is responsible and flexible, and the building cost is reasonable. We have a double floor house, and buulde completed within 1 year. Just with they have more choices of their upgrade range. We will certainly consider to use their service again.

Last Oct 2022, our dream home became a reality. Thanks to Long Island Homes. No major dramas experienced except for the CCTV cable installation but was immediately fixed. No major issues during construction & communications with Michelle, Kassandra & Stevan had been easy. Overall, we are happy with our build in terms of quality & cost that we chose Long Island to build our first investment property which will commence early this year =)

On the whole the build went very smoothly. I would recommend doing regular site visits, the few issues we identified were rectified very quickly, but if you don't see them then they may be missed. Final costs were slightly above estimate, due to one change from us and one from the builder (a drain). Overall very happy.

99% everything was great. 1% can never be satisfied. The build was well managed, quality is above average. few issues on handover day, as 4 builders points not completed. the final cost was only $1300 higher than the original quoted price. overall happy with the company and the way they handle the project, building supervisor very immature.

I just finished a new build with Long Island, cannot thank them enough for the whole experience.... hats off to Norman, Steven and Michelle who have all made this an amazing experience.... the professionalism that the Long Island team have is better than other big volume builder that I have used in the past.... Will definitely recommend Long Island for anyone wanting the smooth and still high quality building in process

We had a very positive experience with Long Island Homes. The structure and look of the house was impressive and we were able to look through and ask questions when we requested. The handover was brought forward and we were able to get in earlier than predicted. Communication was effective and overall, we enjoyed working with Long Island. Would recommend to others.

We started our building process in Feb 2022 and handover at the end of Nov. We are very happy with the build / trades, office staff and site supervisor Ryan. Ryan was knowledgable and always willing to help.
The process was seamless from start to finish & there was always progress happening in which we were informed about.

Building was smooth. Ninos the supervisor was helpful and the whole experience was pleasurable. Fixed cost. So theres nothing to argue about cost. Building quality was good. Generally happy with the build. Small things to fix but all good. I would strongly recommend this builder to anyone that is planning to build.

Build my second house at Bruny dr tarneit, the builders was excellent and the service was very good. I would recommend this builder because they take some time to build a good quality home and don't rush the building process. I find it very easy to talk to the supervisor and he's helpful with good ideas.
