Why steam isn’t coming out of steam pods anymore?

is there any home-maintenance needed? cleaning of the tank or wires which the water is passing?

I have only used my steampod 3 twice.There is very little steam coming out of it.I filled it up to max and it used only about 1/4 of water.I also noticed the ' filter' is hanging loosely to one side in tank if I hold it sideways.Is all this normal?

Please can someone help do steam pods turn of if left on? thanks

My daughter will only have her steampod 12months Christmas day and today 20th December 2022 it start spitting out brown water which we cleaned,im guessing limescale... when turned back on all the lights is flashings on the voltage and strip light on top and a fan sound from bottom of the water pod...she has been using tap water so im wondering is there any chance of a replacement from manufacturers or will a new 1 have to be bought???

Hi, I just noticed that my steampod is leaking water. when I put water in the tank and switch the steampod on the water started coming out.. Anyone can help me, please ?

Hi my steampod holes it seems to be blocked it makes a lot of noise but no steam coming out.
Is there any way to clean and unblocked?

My stem pod is blown where can I send it to get repair? I have ask this question before but no body answers my question

I bought a steam pod which blew up and steam is not working, what do I do and where can I take it as I have had it for three months only, given that it is under warranty? Hi I have just received a new Loreal Steam Pod but it won't turn on. I have half filled the water compartment and plugged it in but nothing happens when I try to turn it on? Is there a reason for this?

Hello I have bought two steam pods over the past seven months. The 2nd one popped while straightening my hair, similar to what happened to the first one. Is there no warranty? How can this be looked into? Why is this happening. Once it pops, the straightener does not come on.
