Joondalup staff very pushy trying to make you buy everything in every colour.... everything was beautiful according to staff ...first and last time i shop there never again in ant lorna jane shop

While I love how warm these tights are, I was disappointed to find that the fabric started to pill during the first wear. Only two wears later and the tights are looking really shabby. I asked - four times - if this was a known problem with the fabric and each time I got referred to a different customer service department. Finally I was told to take the pants into a local store so they could see the problem, which is impossible due to COVID-19.

So far I've only worn the tights while walking or around the house. I doubt I'd wear them for a yoga or pilates class because I think the friction from an exercise mat would make the problem much worse. So, while they are great for warmth, I'll probably never leave the house wearing them.

Bought a pair of their nothing to c here tights while on holiday. A lower review will tell you they are see through, she just has the wrong size haha. I am usually a size 6 and got a small (so don’t bother reading hers she got the wrong one) and they fit amazing. I loved them so much I bought two more pairs with the same material in different colours. Not see through at all (if you buy the right size) and SOOOO comfy literally feels like you’re wearing butter.

I had an issue with my order - no one was helpful, it is so difficult to actually speak to someone and when you do, they don’t help but respond in a passive aggressive manner. Although I paid for express, the order took over a week to arrive.

Not at all impressed with Lorna Jane products. Sizing is poor, Customer service is pathetic, Quality of products is average and overpriced, particularly when they claim to be an Australian company but are selling off Chinese made items. Pathetic Lorna Jane!

I have never tried Lorna Jane before as I believed it to be a little on the expensive side, I found they had a 25% discount which was a bonus. I needed new active tight/leggings and decided to have a look online on the recommendation of a friend. There were so many different types that I found it hard to choose a pair, unfortunately the pair I finally chose was not in stock in my size. I went with a different pair and couldn't be happier. They arrived in good time and the material they are made out of feels so comfortable, I wish I could wear them everyday. I will certainly be ordering another pair.

I bought a tank for $52.5 yesterday and still waiting for the tank to arrive. However, today I found the price of the tank is dropped to $40. I contacted the custom care online immediately and let me show their respond: 'Unfortunately, prices are constantly changing on the website. We are unable to give a price difference on the tank.' This is unacceptable respond. I am a VIP and constantly buy item from them, but now I feel terrible.

I discovered Lorna Jane when I emigrated to Australia and I haven’t been out of it since. True to size, doesn’t lose its shape and very flattering. A must have in my wardrobe

Do not bother! Purchased a pair of tights 2 months ago which were faulty and have FOUR holes in them when I had only worn them a total of 10times!! I paid over $100 for them and was told that they were considered reasonable wear and tear! Are you kidding? Not to mention that the lady at the Macarthur Square store was unbelievably rude about it. I have previously liked my Lorna Jane products but due to the fact that they do not stand behind their own product, I will never purchase from them again. Go spend less money and actually get what you pay for. These are not better tights, they just cost more and the staff are rude.

2 pairs of pants weren’t as described on the website. Were so ridiculously huge that they were baggy on my husband. It took 4+ hours of negotiations to have a refund/replacement approved.
