Delivery was so quick, considering usual furniture delivery times and the guys came and assembled the sofa professionally and took all rubbish with them. Quality service!! Would recommend. I bought the Silas table and Anya chairs. The quality is surpassed my expectations. I was also kept well informed of delivery timeframes right down to 20mins before arrival. They have great looking stuff at a reasonable price. The lady at the shop was friendly and the process of delivery is good. You can also a bit extra and get your furniture assembled. I highly recommend them.

Quality is great and it was very easy to assemble. The Lounge is really comfortable and worth the extra when compared to Ikea. The delivery staff were also very helpful.

Not satisfied with my first purchase, I called the lounge lovers customer service within the 14 days and what I imagined would be an ongoing battle turned out to be the smoothest swap over possible, the customer care team were great throughout. The chair I ordered directly at the store came quickly and was just as floor model. We live in a high rise unit. It was brought up to unit by great delivery personnel, reasonable delivery cost too. Assembly was minimal, just attaching feet. Would definitely buy from Lounge Lovers again

I updated my dining room chairs and Lounge Lovers made it an enjoyable hassle free experience. I was a little disappointed I had to wait 3 weeks for stock but the level of after sales care more than made up for it. The delivery arrived at an exact time (you can track the truck) and it took about 30 min to assemble all the chairs. I'm very happy with my purchase.
