So happy the moment our couch arrived! It’s perfect, look incredible in our living room. I research for weeks and Pinterest like a crazy person and Matt from the Fitzroy ( normally works in south Yarra) store made us feel at ease and so comfortable. His knowledge and customer service was second to none! Would recommend to anyone . PS. We purchased two Bronte sofas.

I really liked the range of couches available at the store but obviously it was hard to pick between certain brands and colours. After going back home with some fabric test patterns we could work out which colours would be appropriate for our home. We got the couch delivered the very next day and it was set up in less than 10 minutes with rubbish removed. Loving the couch!

Our couch is incredibly comfortable and looks awesome in our space! The entire process was speedy and painless. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! For the quality of the furniture you can’t go wrong.

Love my new Alexis couch in light grey. It's well designed for small spaces and fits well in my tiny apartment. Absolutely impressed with the delivery service, no issues getting up my tight staircase. I found it easy to assemble the couch on my own..

So I went into the lounge lovers physical store. Staff were super friendly and helpful and furniture was well priced. Delivery process was smooth and on time. Lounge lovers have a service where you can see where your driver is on an app which helps know when they are arriving. The whole process so efficient, with great communication. I highly recommend purchasing from there or at a minimum, having a look!

Oh, and assembly was very quick and easy. Easier than IKEA instructions.

We’ve been looking for a matching pair of armchairs and are very happy with the blue velvet pair ‘Linda’. Great feel and back support. Service was personalized and I liked the delivery tracking service.

The end to end service from selecting the tv unit in the store to delivery was seemingly easy. I was kept up to date with where my Order was at all times and was even sent a link to track the delivery truck 30 mins before they arrived.

I just received the Tara tv unit and I love it! Looks great, good storage, sturdy, and compliments my matching Tara cabinet I bought online a few months ago. Both items are of amazing quality and look exactly like what you see on the website. Staff in the Fitzroy store were helpful, great communication leading up to delivery, and delivery service was smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend!

I was able to easily find the items I wanted to purchase. The after sale delivery service was exceptional. The guys very quickly assembled the furniture and removed all rubbish.

I've had really disappointing customer service from Lounge Lovers. My order has been delayed several times without an apology and I've had very inconsistent communication - one minute being told I can come pick up my items because they are in the warehouse and then the next minute being told the shipment has been delayed again. Generally, the service team hasn't addressed my concerns, hasn't acknowledged their mistakes or showed much concern for my experience as a customer. I've been waiting to write this review for over a month giving LL repeated opportunities to get their act together because I don't like slamming brands without giving them a chance to recover but I've just lost my patience. I won't shop here again.

Recently had a Chicago corner sofa bed delivered. It was delivered and assembled efficiently with two friendly guys. Zero hassle from purchasing at Fitzroy store to it being delivered. Sofa is comfy and exactly what we wanted and expected.
