Highly recommended - service was great - delighted with the sofa and chairs. Only negative - the customer toilet was a dumping ground for appliances and rubbish - good to have one (especially when there with kids and in the store for ages making a major purchase) but mess reflected really poorly

It was super easy to navigate the store and find everything we wanted. The staff were helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The quality and service were impeccable and the assembly was super easy!

The store had a great range of their products to try, the sales people were very informative and nice to deal with. We were kept well informed up-to delivery and the delivery guys were fantastic very friendly and keen that we were happy with their service, took away all the packaging with a smile.

I bought Hampton 3 seater in cement from south yarra. Couch is very comfortable, easy to plump up and the customer service was great. Very stylish products that are still affordable.

My couch is lovely and the delivery process was seamless. Although there was a delay in production over Xmas, they did an amazing job at keep me informed. Delivery in the day was well communicated and professional- thank you!

I love the lounge lovers store, it's large and light filled. The staff were great and accommodating. There is a lot of furniture i could purchase. I really love my Green Velvet sofa. It is so comfortable and lush.

I needed 4 armchairs for my office‘s reception and was so happy when I found the Linda armchair and they had 4 in stock. I didn’t have time to go in store so Maddie helped me over the phone and was able to have them delivered 2 days later in a time window that suited us. Communication was so great over the phone and with text message updates. Everything was easy and the chairs are of really great quality. Very happy!

So helpful, love the products. And the delivery just works. I really appreciated the sms communication during delivery. In terms of product their catalogue suits well so you can mix and match, and it’s all pretty competitively priced.

Amazing staff assistance to organise the purchase over the phone and flexibility and informed delivery. Quality was fantastic just as the store set up. Only thing is I wasn't aware I had to assemble!
