Poor chair, poor service, waste of money.
Brought 2 chairs for 2 rooms. Both were had loose bearings and made loud clicking/creaking noises with 6 months. By 12 months (just outside warranty) both chairs have failed glider bearings, broken welds and are useless.
Took over 2 weeks and speaking to 4 different people to get an answer out of Lovencare, who will supply replacements at $30 chair plus postage. Unwilling to cover postage costs on faulty products.
The chairs are made using bearing cups that are way to soft and main supports that work loose. Once the bearing cups are worked out of shape they become unrepairable and noisey.
Overall $450 each of 0 supported, poorly made, poorly designed rubbish that are so noisey they wake up the entire house.
But elsewhere.

Great feeding chair
This is a comfortable reclining, rotating, padded chair that comes with the footstool which also rocks. I have been very happy with it once I discovered the recline release as I thought it quite stiff until then. One of the joints was squeaking but it was easy to fix with wd40.

Very Angry
The welding on the bottom has snapped in 2 places and bub is only 14 months old. The chair is out of warrantee and is to be thrown out as it is completely useless. The quality is bad for the price - it's only vinyl and the metal structure is pretty rickety. It squeaks and clicks like crazy and we could never get totally rid of the noise.
Bad quality. Squeaky.

Deluxe?
In essence this chair ticks a lot of boxes, easy to wipe down, looks good and provides good lumbar support. However it's primary function and use is in a babies nursery and to glide/rock effortlessly and that is where it fails. The 'glide' function is accompanied by a constant squeak and clicking sound which in the middle of the night when you are trying to sooth a baby is loud, distracting and very annoying. We've tried to fix these noises without success.
Comfortable, looks good
Squeaks = noisy

Great chair at inexpensive price
I have been really happy with my Love n Care glider chair, and have had it now about 6 months. Bought it on sale and got it at a great price. I find it very comfortable and easy to clean. I like the look of it aswell and my nursery is so small so I bought the white one to blend in and it looks great. I do need to use a cushion for additional lumbar support, but with cushion its fine. Mine glides beautifully, no problems.
Style, smooth glide, easy to clean.
Need cushion for additional lumbar support.

Disappointing.... Mega Noisy!
Needed a comfortable nursing chair and found the Love N Care Deluxe for a great price. It looks lovely and also seemed pretty easy to clean - incase there were any vomit incidents. It is also comfortable with extra back support.
However, if you are one who likes to rock your little one to sleep or hold them for a while after a feed, this chair will drive you insane! It woke my little one on a number of occasions as I was about to put him down in his cot but most of the time it drove me insane from the constant squeaking (especially in the m...Read more
iddle of the night). It ticked all the right boxes but I can't get over the noise. Tried WD40'ing it which solved the issue for only a day. It was great to start with but just after a few weeks the noise began. I liked the fact that it has lumber support however I find my back kills me after a bit as I try to change back and bottom positions all the time to to try make the noise stop. Also keep in mind that the leather it is easy to wipe down clean but can be cold in winter (I have popped a rug over the back of mine). Beautiful looking chair, easy to clean, lumber support and I got it for a great price! Makes way too much noise for a nursing chair. Not an issue when feeding your little one but if you intend rocking your baby to sleep, this makes way too much noise!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Has anyone managed to resolve the clicking/knocking noise? I unpacked my brand new chair today and the click/knock is already annoying me. Thanks!

Nope but I would also like to know if anyone has found a long term solution to this (besides the temporary wd40). I'm having another baby soon and think that this chair will be going in the bin if the noise can't be fixed...
Sorry no as it didn't happen on mine. it must be really frustrating. Have you tried taking the chair apart and reassembling? ... Hope you can get it sorted. Good luck.
I think we tried tinkering with the bolts and screws but squeaks and clicks tend to come back.
