Nearly 3 weeks and still waiting
I ordered my winter clothing in may and by the time I get them winter will be over..... so annoying.I understand with the pandemic we should expect delays but this is so much of a delay that it took 2 weeks for me to realise that i had ordered from here.

Disgusting customer service - ** 2 weeks and counting and no help on order
I ordered 2 weeks ago - 26.5.2020 - No sign of the order - NO help from customer service team. Every time I call they tell me they cant see why my order isn't sent and they will call me back - But never do! Tried to cancel order however they told me they cant and I have to wait for it to be sent and then take to a store to refund. Will never buy from this company again.

No service, no communication, dodgy returns policy
I ordered more than two weeks ago and have heard nothing about what is happening with my order. Their online chat is always turned off. Their social media pages have many other complaints of orders being delayed by weeks. There doesn't seem to be anyone looking after customer service and I'm starting to suspect they don't actually have the stock in Australia, and are waiting for a shipment to arrive from China.
Lowes also changed their returns policy recently to say they can no longer accept change of mind returns because they could be infected with COVID from the item coming back. That's basically impossible, it's not how the virus works and no other retailers have made that change. It's just a really dodgy move by Lowes.

Shame it can't be ZERO stars
I ordered on March 14. No order yet - won't answer phones, email, and when I went to social media, they assured me I would receive a phone call within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. They banked my $140 pretty quickly. Absolutely taking the ..., these guys. I note many comments on their Facebook page, they delete pretty quickly. I wonder, if one day, my order will turn up?? Unfortunately there are no other places I can get school uniforms from - so GRRRR. Do not recommend.

Customer Care Non-existant
Ordered clothing 3 weeks ago and funds were debited to my Credit card on that day. Since then, nothing has arrived, the website under my "account" says I haven't ordered anything. I phoned the Lowes shop in our area and they have been as helpful as they can be and managed to get a copy of my "Internet Order". but now they can't contact their "Online Department". Still trying to phone / email / chat online, not possible. I have not received the goods and contact with Lowes online is impossible. DO NOT SHOP WITH LOWES ONLINE is my advice.

Disgraceful online service.
After several emails and a call to a very unhelpful phone rep I still dont have my simple order. To blame the warehouse is a poor excuse for a sloppy process. I am still awaiting my delivery, which Lowes happily took the money. Ive had great face to face at Lowes but would mever recommend the Online store.

Worst ever Customer Care
I ordered among other clothes two pair of shorts, I was quite ill for about three months (pulmonary aneurysm) and didn't try the goods on until after then to find they were way to large and my wife had removed the tags. I explained to the "Customer Care" at Lowes who immediately said they cannot take them back as their policy says anything that was a change of mind is no longer returnable (because of COVID19).

Slooooowwwwww Processing Times
Ordered on Tuesday thinking it was enough time to get stuff before the weekend, they didn't process and put the order out for deliver until Thursday afternoon (after I called and left a message they never returned), now Australia Post says my package is due Monday

Online edit of order not possible
I ordered some shirts from Lowes online store but made an error with the size. I recognised the error and found I can not edit the order to correct the error. When you ring orders online or customer care a voice response says that they will call you back but this does not happen. There is a message online that says you cannot edit or cancel an order (even before it has been processed) and you must return the incorrect goods to your local store. This entirely defeats the purpose of online ordering and is totally inconvenient to customers.
Lowes you need to buck up your ideas and get with the times

Website took too long to load and navigate, waste of time!!!
Took over an hour to load and navigate through their website but still couldn't place the order for my children uniform. Would go where else if I could get the uniform. Wasting customer's time.

Delivered correct order on time
Good products for a good price.
Only ordered online when local shop did not answer phone.
Order arrived on-time but I didn't know when that was going to be.
Store navigation and payment was easy.
Room for improvement: would be to give the customer more confidence on delivery time. Should show that order has been filled ok. Then dispatched giving a delivery day.

On line first purchases 10% discount
Not terribly happy with Lowes on line store lack of detail on how to get the 10% discount on first order. It cost me approx $14 through their stating that you need a code and get their newsletter. My first & last Lowe purchases

Online discount code does not work
Applied a discount code to my sons account 2 years ago, it did not work.
Went in to store to make the purchase instead. Cashier apologised for inconvenience.
Son moved out so had to get new account, subscribed & verified account etc.
Went to place an online order, used new subscription discount code - did not work. Tried it several times, no good.
Unsubscribed straight away. (Can't be bothered with online stores that cannot provide a decent service.)
The irony: They sent a sorry to see you go email, they offered "If you change your mind, use this DISCOUNT CODE ....
Of course I tried it - Did NOT work!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service - but sizing issues
I previously purchased some shorts in store and knew they are not true to size, they are smaller than the label says. I found the shorts I wanted online as they were not available in stores, so to be safe I purchased the size larger than I normally buy. When they arrived I found they were about 2 sizes smaller than the label, too small to fit, so I contacted Customer Support to try get a suitable size. em on. I was impressed with the effort they made to try to get me the product I wanted. I was able to find the size I needed. I am very happy with the awesome customer support. The only negatives are they stores don't carry their full range, it would have been much less hassle to just go try in store and buy, also their shorts fit varies quite considerably even ones of the same size and brand.Similar opinion? Lowes needs to get with the times and get afterpay
With Afterpay taking over all the stores you’d think Lowes would jump on that instead of offering their instore credit card that’s only for those with good credit. Especially when we have 6 kids and have to get new uniforms but would rather pay in instalments. One default and can’t get no credit so I always use Afterpay with only 4 instalments and it pays it off faster so you’d think Lowes would know there’s families out there that would love this option especially when buying school uniforms. So disappointing!
