Waste of money
I stupidly bought into the commercial yet got the same as the others on here. It's not worth $5 Let alone the $59.90 Australian dollars you are paying. No mop feature as advertised, no back to base as advertised. Save your money and don't be a sucker like me.
Purchased in November 2021 for $59.90.

DON'T ORDER!!!
The product does not match at all what is being advertised. Not 3 in 1, just 1 sucking function and sucking very very weakly. Also not smart, no mapping, no returns to the base station, because it doesn't exist at all, only short wire without adapter. Even my toy car was smarter 20 years ago. Pointless waste of money. Most products probably won't match the ad. so collect money and buy from the store.
Purchased in October 2021 for $36.90.

Stay away! Scam seller
Website promotes itself on Facebook. Promotes a good quality vacuum robot. But the product I bought is nothing like it. Has none of the features in the ad. It just trundles around randomly picking up the occasional crumb.
Only $40 or $50 but if you buy it you're just throwing your money away.
Purchased in November 2021 for $50.00.

How to cancel my order?
1 answer
If you paid by PayPal you might be able to cancel it. Your bank might be able to help if you paid by card. But if that doesn't work you'll have to try to get a refund. And good luck with that. I haven't succeeded with my claim yet. I sort of doubt that I will.

Hey David... I saw it too. Did you tried asking for refund from Paypal?
2 answers
Thanks Richard, I hadn't thought of that. I've just taken up your suggestion and emailed them in accordance with PayPal's procedure. I don't hold out much hope tho. I'll let you know how I get on.
Cheers,
David
Hey David ... did PayPal issue you a refund??? I find myself in the same boat. I wish I would have checked reviews before I bought this. Tried reaching out to the company and my email doesn’t even pass they the code validation.
