Good phone at a good price was advertised. Ordered, but the next day was told there was no stock, advertised in error. I looked it up and the same product was still being advertised! At least I was refunded promptly when I complained, or I would have given only 1 star

They have a long quality checklist against which phones are checked before selling.
This prevents unhappy customers (e.g. a different ebay seller sold me a phone with faulty touch screen..)
So the phone we got through luvyourphone had no issues!

My iPhone 6s lasted 3 months and 2 days. I could not claim compensation because the warranty is 3 months. A warranty is only worthwhile if it is for 12months.

Today was the 2nd time I've taken phones to Luvyourphone at Beverly Hills and I was again blown away by the level of honesty and service provided. I was offered different options to address the problem I had with my Samsung S7 Edge and ended up with a result that exceeded my expectations. Generous and caring for the customer.
