Purchased a LV from the site and it came boxed and in a company care bag. Very luxe for a pre owned beauty. Great price. And great customer service follow up via social media. Very pleasant and after “business hours” which was surprising and fantastic. Shows the company is switched on and great at communicating with their customers. I will be back again. The girls at luxe it fwd sold my gucci bag for me and I'm happy I used them. I didn't know how it would work I'm in Melbourne but they sent tnt to collect my bag and that was actually easier. Great that they sold it within a week and I got my $ without any much effort. They were nice when i had a lot of questions at the start.
