The shopping cash back is very low and they give us stupid shopping points which cannot be used for anything useful. Total waste of time, they charge huge fees to businesses to join and promise the world. Then when a business joins no customers. When you complain about the lack of customers they tell you to register your own customers and give them the cashback.... why would any business shave of their profit on their existing customers. It's about getting new customers as promised in their advertising material.
Stay away from this there are a lot of issues going on overseas with this company.

Pathetic customer service.
I have been waiting since November 2015 to have my merchant account setup. Every time I contact their customer support I get excuses and no resolution to my problem. I was also promised a quantity of branded loyalty cards to hand out to my clients with the merchant account fee that I paid, I have not seen them and have not had my account working properly since November, 2015. For a company that is driven by I.T/web this is pathetic and a very bad way to do business and treat your business customers. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
