In March 2018 I purchased on line, 3 Retracta Green auto rewind hose reels manufactured by Australian company namely, Macnaught Industries Pty Ltd of Turrella New South Wales.
One of the reels sustained a small leak where the hose is connected to the body of the reel which drove my wife mad and as a result told to fix it. I misread the detailed instructions and as a result unwound the tension retraction mechanism.
