Just want to say thank you to the whole team at majestic air at seven hills that replaced the old ducted with the new, and a big thanks to the installation team they were so organised in every way no mess left in or out of the house.

Our ducted airconditioning system was not functioning due to a faulty part. Majestic Air Conditioning Pty Ltd were booked to repair it on the 2nd of June. We got a phone call from them advising us that we would need to re-book another day as two of their technicians were ill or on paternity leave. When I explained to the manager the extenuating circumstances (the house being a group home for intellectually challenged) and that we had no other means of heating, he sent technicians within one hour and in an other hour our air con was fixed.

Following the initial misunderstanding, I can confirm that the process of quoting was very thorough and professional. They are experienced, knowledgeable and were ably to offer me a range of solution that suits my needs well. The quotation letter itself is detailed and lists all steps of the proposed job.
While I didn't proceed with the installation back in October 2016, it was not the fault of Majestic Air Conditioning but my own, and I will install it this year.

[name removed], the estimator, was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything from the refrigerants used and energy star ratings to the number of bricks needed to repair the gap from our old system.
