Can't make it a half-star?
I am currently working for a security company. I'm still waiting for rostered shifts and its been a rollercoaster ride to get some sort of direction going. However, I was suprisingly notified by this company that I now have them as a provider. I can't comment or judge at this point... but twice now I've tried to call... first time was a ridiculous 1 hour and 5 minutes of muisic before I hung up on call hold.. second time so far has almost been 50 minutes. Hell if you want photo's images I'm glad to provide em.. The first says 53 minutes.....
Read more I hung up at 1 hour 5... but to NEVER answer their phone.. I'm sorry.. this is utterly bad customer service. I actually HAVE a job.. problem is I'm waiting to be place at a site. That's the only hold up.... I may have that part sorted after today though in a fortnight I should be placed.. but I ca'nt say f/a to these guys cos you just cannot get through...!!!!!
Zero stars
The worst. This company should not exist. Failed to call me for my first phone appointment. Unreachable. Etc etc. Thankfully I have transferred to another provider who is professional enough to give a minimum of service and dignity to clients. Please transfer via the department of education and leave this company for broke.
Doesn’t call me back
Cuts off my payments and asked me to call them, my agent is busy and said she will call me back and it’s been 4 days and nothing, time wasters
MAX SOLUTION complete rubbish service they make more from selling data and more revenue from data collection.
After visiting the site and logging in the site had 13 Tracker and analytic cookies, persistent cookie disable popups, persistent trackers, persistent data mining.
if you enter the data collection pages the system screams malware cookie popups

Terrible service
even though work is picking up in my business that suffered during covid. Max employment insist I put my efforts on their job search program that continually matches me outside of my skill set, whilst offering zero assistance in saving my business in these tough times.
They dont listen nor understand the client, rather the client is rather a tool for their own survival.
Overall a horrible service, with very little use.
Terrible
They don't respond to emails, no call back when requested and impossible to get a hold of when required. I've been trying to speak to someone for 2 months... it's ridiculous.
Disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful performance from these people, they never call or return emails, there computer skills are well below basic, had appointment booked and lady left halfway through to go for lunch
Such an amazing support system for me.
Roxy (roxanne) from narre warren/pakenham feels like a friend more than a consultant, she always rings me to see how I'm going when she knows i have something work related coming up, she supports me in the decisions I make and is always ready to answer any and all questions I have. I feel so so lucky to have her as my consultant, she makes trying to get back into the work force seem so much less strenuous and stressful. thanks for being amazing Roxy, wouldn't have you any other way!
Goodna max employment
I can’t say enough positive sentiments for this agency & the most dedicated & inspiring ladies that work there especially MICHELLE Allen, there have been others like Natasha & Annabelle, Michelle just never gives up on her drive to help & support me, she is always upbeat, positive & sooooo hard working in getting jobs. My sincere thanks to her. Debs

Volunteer participant harassment
It was a big mistake asking Centrelink for help trying to find suitable work.
They sent me to this group who insisted I still had a job search obligation even on disability pension. Centrelink confirmed that was wrong.
Then when I decided I'd had enough and asked to leave they said ok but insisted they still call me each fortnight to check in... what? ... are you my parents?
Excellent service and customer relations
The team (Nicolette Thompson, my case manager; Shane Robert; and Susan McKeever) provided excellent support, were very attuned to my specific needs and provided information that helped me understand the system and filled in gaps from what Centrelink told me. I would highly recommend them.
Preston Disability Employment Service
Many of the employees do not understand chronic illnesses and health. From my very first appointment I was spoken at, not to, about my health, like they knew more than I do about my illnesses and tried to tell me what would help, when they don’t and aren’t medical professionals. I was pressured to apply for jobs despite having exemptions and being told it would be good for my health to push through (when doctors tell me otherwise, and that it could make me more sick) when I brought up that I felt uncomfortable the response was sub-par. My firs...
Read moret case manager would always tell me about his other clients and what they have going on, to maybe try and build a relationship(?), but it just made me uncomfortable and made me worry he would speak about me to other people. I understand he works with people who are disabled, but it felt that he was speaking for disabled people and what we experience, rather than trying to help us and build people up to feel confident to work, he would always tell me how understanding he was, how he knew a lot about my illnesses and he knew what was best. I had to complain to him as he never listened, never understood, and I always felt like he spoke over me and knew more than me, about my own illnesses and other peoples too. Someone else then became my case manager and they were always shocked, that during a pandemic and at risk because I’m immunocompromised, that I hadn’t left the house to stay safe. They would ask questions that shouldn’t really be asked for someone who is disabled and at risk, it showed how little they knew about disabilities, and being with them as a disability employment service, I’d expect SOME understanding on how to speak to people, especially disabled people. Not to mention that in over the year with them I’d get random calls from my original case manager because I hadn’t been told about appointments prior, and then was spoken down to when I finally called back after being at appointments and couldn’t answer. For a place that is supposed to make people get back into work, they don’t do a good job at making you feel seen and heard, I felt like I was a problem, I always felt extremely anxious talking to them, and never felt understood, and since finding a job provider who makes me feel so confident, it shows how bad this place is.Find out how MAX Solutions compares to other Employment & Recruitment Services

No respect or support
Have been unemployed for the last 2 months (first time I have not had permanent employment in my life) due to covid impacts and was then linked with Shellharbour MAX employment.
They provide zero respect, zero service...literally no support at all. While I have been applying for countless jobs alongside full time study they have booked me in appointments and then not called me and not resulted my appointment despite me waiting for hours on the phone trying to call them for an appointment that they scheduled me! Talk about salt in the wound havi...
Max employment, Elizabeth
exempt from mutual obligations for 3 yrs due to medical condition. Just off exemption and max employment Elizabeth want to harass me weekly. I'm a 50 year old, half crippled run down man.
Please leave me alone.
Insulting and degrading behaviour!
The male worker at Toowong Max Employment is great! First he insults you and tells you what a crap person you are and then he tells you even if they managed to find you a job, you wouldn’t take it! Well that’s good to know, I’ve learnt a lot about myself today! Even during a pandemic, when there are no jobs, it’s good to know it’s still my fault!

Only interested in Profiting from Corona
Money-raking corrupt company. Frantically cashing in on Corona.
Should be investigated. Service verging on harassment.
Had already been in trouble in 2015 but it appears they are still up to their old tricks.
Max Employment Max Solutions do not deserve even 1 star
Maroubra Office run by completely incompetent individuals. Losing clients files, business plans for NEIS, etc. ‘Doing Nothing Is Not An Option’ is what greets people. Passive aggressive atmosphere. Horrible place.
Max are horrible!
They should be defunded! I spent more time with Centerlink fixing up Max's mistakes than ever getting any help from Max! If the Govt wants to save money, they should get rid of such rorting companies like Max!
2012 -
I was introduced to the Max Employment Agency in Frankston, Victoria - around 2012 and then onto about 2014.
I come from an Australian background that believed in treating people ... especially vulnerable people ... with dignity and respect.
I did not want to be unemployed, but I was.
I was told to go to MEA and I did. There I met with staff who patronised me and others. I saw some silly woman running a workshop proudly hinting that if we were all as clever as she was, we would get a job. I didn’t feel sorry for me having to listen to her c...

Max Employment
By far the most manipulative employment service I have ever dealt with, right from misrepresenting what they can and can't do for a client, up to holding back assistance from clients that they can't turn a profit off, or parking long term unemployed for funding, right up to manipulating Department of Human Services staff to review clients so they can gain more funding increased by repetitive anxiety including eSAT/JCA reviews. Once they have pushed you past the level of funding they can get for you, they exit you from their service. By far the most exploitative JSP I've ever encountered.
Learn to respect your clients.
Unfortunately ALL job networks are useless. I worked for CES before it was closed down and then worked for a job network organisation. We worked extremely hard for our clients and got many outcomes for them. It was a christian based organisation which had high principles and treated clients with dignity and respect. I don't know how the current job networks are still in business as they seem to do what they like.

Treated like dirt!!
Started there for the second time in about September 2022, never saw my case Manager and never signed a job plan, they used an old one and just changed the date. Started working in Jan 2020 doing a temp position and they still expected me to go to appointments even though it was a full time position,I was so disgusted I cancelled my claim with Centrelink as they really made it hard for me.
Max employment is Extremely inefficient and badly run
When I was with the box hill branch from the June of 2017 to the April of 2018 all they did is they gestured me to the computer and expected me to do all the work and the staff sat back and did practically nothing. They said I should be getting paid for the things I'm doing at Cafe salvo in the March of 2018, not knowing who the salvation army is. On what would be my last appointment they said the same thing and if I don't get my employers number then they'll have my payment from centrelink suspended.
They got me off their system without my...
Read more knowledge of it and when me and my mother discovered this from centrelink as well that max employment got me to a different employment agency instead of CVGT we were annoyed, thankfully we told the employment agency there was a mistake and we were able to get my details to CVGT and after that mum lodged a formal complaint to max employment. The manager at the Box Hill branch of Max employment was very apologetic and the workers of the Box Hill branch ended up getting disciplined for it. Don't waste your time with max employment because they are no help and they only care about you working for the dole rather than an actual job so again don't waste your time with max employment.Degrading Place of "Help"
Not helpful, make you feel worthless, threaten to always suspend your payments for trying to work and do not help with work related items and always are passive aggressive towards many clients
They are amazing!
Max employment Taylor's lakes are absolutely amazing! They are extremely helpful, supportive and I couldn't of done it without them. They support you looking for work and always get you to where you need to be.

Read morell Max employment on my behalf to connect me and the other was to change my provider. I asked to try to contact. He finally put me through to somebody who spent 20 minutes stuffing around trying to find out who my consultant was and then told me that they were with somebody and she would send an email to urgently contact with the minute they were free. I never heard from them. I’ve just put in another complaint to job active to request a change of provider. This company is atrocious in both its client focus as well as their customer service-when there’s absolutely none. Change providers. Or somehow initiate a complaint to Centrelink about how bad their connecting to their clients really is. This place needs to be blacklisted or reported for their unprofessionalism and negligence.
