The worst. This company should not exist. Failed to call me for my first phone appointment. Unreachable. Etc etc. Thankfully I have transferred to another provider who is professional enough to give a minimum of service and dignity to clients. Please transfer via the department of education and leave this company for broke.

Terrible service

published

even though work is picking up in my business that suffered during covid. Max employment insist I put my efforts on their job search program that continually matches me outside of my skill set, whilst offering zero assistance in saving my business in these tough times.
They dont listen nor understand the client, rather the client is rather a tool for their own survival.
Overall a horrible service, with very little use.

They don't respond to emails, no call back when requested and impossible to get a hold of when required. I've been trying to speak to someone for 2 months... it's ridiculous.

Such an amazing support system for me.

published

Roxy (roxanne) from narre warren/pakenham feels like a friend more than a consultant, she always rings me to see how I'm going when she knows i have something work related coming up, she supports me in the decisions I make and is always ready to answer any and all questions I have. I feel so so lucky to have her as my consultant, she makes trying to get back into the work force seem so much less strenuous and stressful. thanks for being amazing Roxy, wouldn't have you any other way!

I can’t say enough positive sentiments for this agency & the most dedicated & inspiring ladies that work there especially MICHELLE Allen, there have been others like Natasha & Annabelle, Michelle just never gives up on her drive to help & support me, she is always upbeat, positive & sooooo hard working in getting jobs. My sincere thanks to her. Debs

Volunteer participant harassment

published

It was a big mistake asking Centrelink for help trying to find suitable work.
They sent me to this group who insisted I still had a job search obligation even on disability pension. Centrelink confirmed that was wrong.
Then when I decided I'd had enough and asked to leave they said ok but insisted they still call me each fortnight to check in... what? ... are you my parents?

Excellent service and customer relations

published

The team (Nicolette Thompson, my case manager; Shane Robert; and Susan McKeever) provided excellent support, were very attuned to my specific needs and provided information that helped me understand the system and filled in gaps from what Centrelink told me. I would highly recommend them.

Insulting and degrading behaviour!

published

The male worker at Toowong Max Employment is great! First he insults you and tells you what a crap person you are and then he tells you even if they managed to find you a job, you wouldn’t take it! Well that’s good to know, I’ve learnt a lot about myself today! Even during a pandemic, when there are no jobs, it’s good to know it’s still my fault!

Only interested in Profiting from Corona

published

Money-raking corrupt company. Frantically cashing in on Corona.
Should be investigated. Service verging on harassment.
Had already been in trouble in 2015 but it appears they are still up to their old tricks.

Max Employment Max Solutions do not deserve even 1 star

Maroubra Office run by completely incompetent individuals. Losing clients files, business plans for NEIS, etc. ‘Doing Nothing Is Not An Option’ is what greets people. Passive aggressive atmosphere. Horrible place.

Max are horrible!

They should be defunded! I spent more time with Centerlink fixing up Max's mistakes than ever getting any help from Max! If the Govt wants to save money, they should get rid of such rorting companies like Max!

Max Employment

published

By far the most manipulative employment service I have ever dealt with, right from misrepresenting what they can and can't do for a client, up to holding back assistance from clients that they can't turn a profit off, or parking long term unemployed for funding, right up to manipulating Department of Human Services staff to review clients so they can gain more funding increased by repetitive anxiety including eSAT/JCA reviews. Once they have pushed you past the level of funding they can get for you, they exit you from their service. By far the most exploitative JSP I've ever encountered.

Learn to respect your clients.

published

Unfortunately ALL job networks are useless. I worked for CES before it was closed down and then worked for a job network organisation. We worked extremely hard for our clients and got many outcomes for them. It was a christian based organisation which had high principles and treated clients with dignity and respect. I don't know how the current job networks are still in business as they seem to do what they like.

Treated like dirt!!

published

Started there for the second time in about September 2022, never saw my case Manager and never signed a job plan, they used an old one and just changed the date. Started working in Jan 2020 doing a temp position and they still expected me to go to appointments even though it was a full time position,I was so disgusted I cancelled my claim with Centrelink as they really made it hard for me.
