Bryant Simons, the salesman at McCarrolls Newcastle had fantastic knowledge of the car and all of its features. I couldn't be happier with the service. The car was delivered earlier than expected and exceeded my expectations. I recommend them highly

Nice at the start very shocking at the end at Renault Artarmon
I was looking for a car to replace my old bomb and I saw a car that suits my needs on McCarrolls Renault Artarmon website. Spoke to a lady at reception and forward to a salesmen sounded very nice over the phone and answers my questions sounded happy. I dropped in at the dealership to see the car in person I was greeted by a young salesperson (name removed) and had a test drive and the car was perfect. so after the Test drive we stared negotiated on the price of the car and got to a good price the sales person said I check with my manager while...Read more
u speak to (name removed) to get finance the sales person came back with the sales manager. The sales manager was very rude towards me and said and I quote "i decide on the prices here not you mate" I never felt so offended like that in my life and what makes it worse is it he wakes in to finance office and told the business manager to "charge him at the highest interest rate and add extra fees to his deal" so I ripped up the appellation form and said "forget it keep the car" and walked out. They look after their own pockets rather then customers I hear good reviews about McCarrolls group how a family business how they look after their customers and treat them like family. On what I experience I was treated so Badly that I would personally never recommend McCarrolls Renault Artarmon to anyone ever again. Outstanding Service - Alfa Fiat Service Centre - Roseville
Extremely helpful with an issue on my brand new Alfa Romeo which I did not purchase from McCarroll's. Service advisor went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was fixed to acceptable standard. Took time to explain what needed to be done and kept me informed at all times while vehicle was in service centre for repairs. Organised a loan vehicle. The job was done in a timely manner to high standards. After I took car home got follow up phone call to make sure my car was running well.
Professional, caring, honest business. Highly recommend. Excellent Customer Service.

Would never buy from McCarrolls Renault Newcastle again.
Bought a used VW Golf from this dealer in November 2015. Reported faults under the 3 month statutory warranty. Told me they couldn't fix it and I would need to take it to Kloster VW and have it billed back to McCarrolls. Klosters diagnosed faulty clutches as part of the problem and elected to replace them first, then retest and re-diagnose if necessary. The clutches fixed one problem but not the others. When it came time to pay for repairs for the remaining problems after a week or two, (a $3000 turbo!) McCarrolls said "sorry it's out of warran...Read more
ty", even though I reported the fault and it was acknowledged as a fault by the McC service department. The sales manager told me he would investigate. Then I get another phone call saying "no, you were right, it should be covered under warranty, but it's not a safety item, so, again, sorry". Seriously? Do they understand the warranties behind the product they sell? So that's my first and last car from McCarrolls. My New Car
This is the 2nd time I have bought a new car from McCarrolls Toyota at Hornsby. I have to say that the Sales Staff were absolutely fantastic & made my decision to purchase another new car very easy. I have had my car for about 9 weeks & have already had after Sales calls to check & see how the car is going & I've also taken the car back for its 1st check at 1000 km. I would recommend McCarrolls to anyone for a new car or even used car purchase.

McCarroll's picked me up from train satiation and dropped me back off
did a great job of fixing up my car, talked to me about everything they did, then surprised me by telling me that even though my car was old, and had missed some services, the work done was all under warranty because it came under a different category to standard service, so it was about 900$ worth of work FREE!!!!!!!
plenty of other folks would have charged me if they could and still processed the warranty side for a double dip of the money, these guys were amazingly honest and straight as an arrow, never experienced that with car people before! thanks guys!
