We continued our journey with Rachelle at the Internal Selections today. Once again Rachelle was very welcoming and warming. Her attention to detail was amazing, if we were unsure of anything she would make suggestions and outline the pros and cons of the choices. Nothing was problem, very accommodating. Her calm nature helped us through the day and we felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice lunch and a bottle of wine to end the day. So looking forward for the build to start. Thanks for everything! Lawrence and Michelle

Tayla Inosesio, Tracey Neilsen and Mary were very helpful and fantastic in assisting with our tender.
They are such a lovely people that I met in my life who are always welcoming, smiling and assisting with same energy all the time no matter how many questions were put towards them. I thank them name by name and much appreciate all the help thus far and wish the complete journey to be like this to the destiny - The new HAPPY home.

Went in for our external selections and we had no idea what colour pallet we were after. Aimee was so helpful with showing us what colours match an what didn't.
We then met with Harry who went through out CT and was extremely patient with us while we tried to understand all the jargon that came along with the contract as well as explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything before moving on to something else.
We've had such a great team so far throughout the whole process.
Kassandra has also helped us so much with getting the tender together for us. Really appreciate everything she has done for us thus far.
Cannot wait to move in!!!!

I have been introduced to Tracey Neilsen by my friend. At Willowdale we were dealing with Tracey and Mary.

Honestly I was very impressed with her quality of workmanship and integrity. Not to mention her willingness to meet us on various occasions to change or modify plans as per our requirement. She gave us few useful suggestions which helped us to achieve our dream plan.

Honestly I have approached two other builders on same street but the quick response from Tracey and Mary won our hearts. Now I have signed the tender with them but till date no response received from other builders.

They both are the best we meet in this industry and exceeded the level of customer service we were expecting.

My partner and I have been super happy with our couple of visits to the MyChoice studio.
We have been very thankful of the help we have received from Rachelle and the other staff at the studio. They were more then willing to go out of there way to help and we never felt pressured into anything. We are very appreciative and would highly recommend to anyone who considers building!

We are only at the signed CT stage but to get to this stage we have been really happy with both Linda (initial contact) and Vince ( ongoing contact) from Kellyville homeworld. They are both friendly and professional.
Vince replies to email queries quickly and has a great wealth of knowledge concerning our build.
Hoping the rest of the build is as professional.

This is our first house and first time building. It has been an amazing experience watching our house become reality. We had an awesome site supervisor Douglas Goreal. He kept us updated weekly and also on the portal with updating pictures. Our house looks amazing and McDonald’s Jones was an amazing company to deal with. The my choice studios was a fun and awesome way to bring the home to life and the staff there were really helpful and gave awesome tips. Our house was built in only 5 months which is excellent! MJH you are amazing!!

Attended our external appointment, Aimee our interior design consultant was professional, patient knowledgeable and we finished the process in no time. Thank You Aimee for your help and input. My partner and I left My Choice Design Studio feeling happy knowing that we are dealing with what seems to be a fantastic building company.

The build was professionally managed right from pouring of slab to the handover. There were minor issues in terms of the quality of work, they were however resolved to our entire satisfaction. Overall, the workmanship and build quality of our dream house was excellent. There were no cost surprises or hidden costs and final cost was fully aligned with the estimated cost.

We are building the Lawson and the Bayford with McDonald Jones and we had one of our full day MyChoice studio appointment for the Lawson on the 21 February with your interior designer Bronwyn whom was extremely helpful, very pleasant, patient, informative and professional.
She carefully guided and made the whole process easy. Our results were wonderful and we can’t wait to see the finished product now! We are hoping that Bronwyn will also be our interior designer on our second appointment for the Bayford. Thank you Bronwyn you are fabulous and also I would like to thank Ebony Mayo and your happy and professional receptionists.

Katherine our Interior designer was very insightful and she made the whole selections process easy for us to go through and make better internal design choices. We were very happy with our final internal selections and can't wait to see our dream home come into a reality!

We are building the SAN Marino with McDonald Jones. We visited the Oran Park display homes a number of times when we were deciding which home to build. Tara from Oran Park was always extremely helpful and very pleasant and professional. She helped us finalise the tender and move on to the next stage and we highly recommend her when trying to decide on options.

My partner and I had our full day MyChoice studio appointment yesterday. Our interior designer Katherine was absolutely amazing. She was patient, professional and so informative.
