We had such a great day in the design studio! Our designer Jodee was very helpful and thorough. Professional, beautiful studio. Most of the upgrade pricing is very reasonable and competitive.
The finer details, such as having your name on a car space, providing lunch, coffee etc, make such an impression. All the staff are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel special.

Joel and Deborah were professional and great to deal with. There communication was excellent and strived to help us one very step of our journey. There knowledge of the building industry and company is second to none. Joel and Deborah listened to what we were after and helped us build our dream home.

I had my colour appointment at McDonald Jones colour studio today Thursday 9th April. From the time you walk in the door you are welcomed by the professional staff.
My appointment was with Jodee Sheppard very friendly, professional and knowledgeable . Jodee makes you feel at ease. I found the experience today at Oak Flats Colour Studio very pleasing and exciting.
I love the colours I have chosen for my house . With Jodee’s expert advice and experience I found it quite relaxing, not stressful at all.

We finalised our choices for all the internals for our home and appreciated Jodee's sound advice and recommendations throughout the day. I have been dealing with Debrah and Christine from the Nowra show homes and have found them a very helpful and professional team to work with. I would like to thank Christine especially for being patient in letting me sort out my final plans and being very helpful in all aspects. I’m only at pre- construction phase but looking forward to the rest of the stages as it’s been good so far.

We are in pre-construction stage. So far we have been informed of each next step to take. Both Christine Lucus and Deborah Napier have worked patiently with all of our questions and changes. We have had good access to both of these lovely ladies.
Christine remained true to her word when she said that she could come up with a cost that would suit our budget. We have not encountered any issues with our build so far.

Perhaps this survey is premature given that we are in such an early stage.

James Burton, the site supervisor, was unstinting in carefully supervising all the work to ensure the highest standard was reached. He was also true to his word in keeping informed as to what was happening on a weekly basis. Karla, our point of contact in the office, was friendly and efficient, ensuring any necessary changes were managed smoothly. The result is a very well built house. Any problems that were identified at the time of the last inspection were minor in nature and fixed very promptly.
We were also impressed with the staff in the Colour Studio. We were very helpfully guided through the process of choosing what we wanted, and at all times the costs were made clear.
We couldn't be happier with our new home.

At our internal colour selection Interior designer Jodee, was very helpful in finalising our design selections and meticulously going through all details of the interior of our new home. Lee, also had some great input into the design of our butlers pantry. We very much appreciated the professionalism and great company of the staff.

I had a call letting me know the slab has started and it will be done with in the week, drove pass the block today and the concrete guys told me it will be poured tomorrow, they are moving so well and the site is clean which is great.
Courtney Murphy has been so helpful also, explains everything to you, she does a great job.

Jodee Shepherd was great to deal with. I was a little unsure with my external colours and she helped me put something together that I loved! She explained everything thoroughly and smoothly. Would recommend her & McDonald Jones to anyone! So far my building process has been fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Jodee Shepherd has been great to deal with, her knowledge of products was excellent and helped us with choices we didn't think of. Our home will look and feel that much better due to the advice we received from Jodee. Len and Jessica have also been good to deal with, I hope the rest of the build follows the same experience as pre-construction.

Had to face lot of troubles with the land initially but thanks to the supportive team in Mcdonald jones for being supportive and kind to stay with us throughout the Pre construction period.

Very happy with our progress through our pre construction stage. the team from Allison who sold us the home at Shellharbour through to Jo, Jen and Ben at the Oak Flats studio ( and im sorry if the name is wrong Lee/Leigh who helped us) and to Sandy who was brilliant with her constant updates and communication to us do a wonderful job and being our first build we didn't know what to expect but would be happy to build with McDonald Jones again. hopefully the build goes just as smooth

Very happy with our pre construction. It has been 6 months of paperwork which was what they estimated and now we are in the construction list. Courtney our project coordinator has been amazing. She is on the ball, answers all your questions efficiently and promptly. We have built with McDonald Jones before and the quality of their homes is outstanding hence why we decided to build with them again. So far everything has been great and we look forward to the construction phase now. We got a lot of inclusions which we are very happy with. We got a very good deal. Best time to pay your deposit is before end of financial year, they seem to do amazing deals. Thanks McDonald Jones very happy.

This is the second time that we have elected to build an MJ home. We received good service and a great home the first time and thats the reason we have given them our repeat business. Our Project Manager Courtney, went out of her way to keep us informed at every stage of pre- construction. She handled our file effectively and was efficient when issues arose with council and other 3rd parties which were outside of MJHs control.

We are looking forward to another great result with this home.
