Our project manager Sandy has been there for us with what was required and necessary to get our project under way with the utmost expediency and advice. She has been readily accessible for any question we have had regarding our project.

Firstly Len at the Calderwood display is very helpful and knowledgeable. Has some great ideas to tailor a house to suit our second time building a house.

The Oak Flats office have been very patient with me as i have made several changes to the house. Must say Michele is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Colour appointment at MyChoice Nowrwest is a long day with many choices. Our consultant was very good and professional considering the length of the day and dealing with couples making choices.

Our house is nearly completed and we are so excited. From plan to build, the process has been smooth with good clear communication. Based on what we have seen MJH have better quality in their homes and this really made us want to use them. They're showrooms are just dreams. We had some issues with flooring however they worked hard to resolve the issue. In fact, all those little questions that ever arose were quickly addressed. A special thank you to Michele and Joel who have been amazing in manging our build. They work hard and I hope that the workplace values them as assets to the company.

The experience of building our new home has been excellent, thanks to the fantastic MJH South Coast team. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to our site supervisor Luke Smith. His passion, knowledge, and great care for his clients have made the journey so smooth and enjoyable. There was no question too silly and no request too crazy, his responses were always prompt and satisfactory, even to an after hour urgent call from us (sorry about that). We were so lucky to have such a great site supervisor and he deserves five stars!

First meeting with Len Lovell at display home at Calderwood was Great told him what we wanted and he gave us exactly what we wanted nothing was a problem he is very professional and knows his stuff we can’t thank him enough

I have to say that our journey so far with MJH has been so easy!
This is our second new home build and our first with MJH and I have to say that this time around around has been SO much better! The girls at the colour studio at Oak Flats are all very friendly and helpful! Courtney Murphy has been an absolute Angel! Honestly, we could not have asked for more.. The girls treat you like family and nothing seems to be any trouble when you call. We highly recommend MJH and especially Courtney! Looking forward to watching our dream home come to fruition!

If not for Sandy my sanity would be a lot more diminished than it is right now . She has been nothing but attentive, contactable and professional through out our pre construction phase .
We finally have a slab after 12 months since our initial deposit . Doing a knock down and re build in the Southern Highlands . Possibly I may have thought things would have moved faster than they did but
Hopefully things will progress a little quicker now . Also Thanks to the sales team at Braemar

I am a 1st home buying, so driving straight into the deep end with a new build was very daunting.
Mcdonald Jones was by far the most inviting out of all the housing company’s.
Once I committed to MJH, I was appointed Sandy Hanly for the pre construction phase, which I’m so greatful for.
Sandy made this process so easy and smooth, she made sure that I understood every step and process and if I wasn’t sure about anything, Sandy made it very clear to not hesitate to contact her to resolve any issues, and, me being a 1st home buyer, made the whole process not a stress in the world.

Our process from Dep paid to building commencement has been 12 months and full of stress, anxiety and disappointment, BUT we are now about to start construction and I have high hopes for a good build now that senior staff (construction side) are involved. [name removed] has been assisting us all the way along, shared our frustrations, pushed on our behalf where possible and answered every question and email we've had. In all honesty, we would have walked away from Mac Jones if it had not been for her support.
Hoping that we can now move forward and enjoy the same support from our building team and move into a beautiful home this year.

We’ve now come to the end of of journey with McDonald Jones Homes. After a long and tiresome journey, our ups and downs. Plenty of stress and worry we were able to rely on our site supervisor to make sure he took the worry and stress away from us.
We are about to take ownership in a few days and are completely happy with the quality of work that has been delivered from Ray and the team. We chose McDonald Jones for knowing they had a quality home.
We’ve had some hurdles and some trying times to negotiate with them however every build is going to have this.
In the end we will be happy with our house and proud to have the best house in the street.
