Joel and Deborah were professional and great to deal with. There communication was excellent and strived to help us one very step of our journey. There knowledge of the building industry and company is second to none. Joel and Deborah listened to what we were after and helped us build our dream home.

Do not trust them what they say they will bite you back when you are about to sign your contract, I have dealt with ACT office and they have no credibility what comes out of there mouth and you expect shock later when you are ready to sign the contract
I had my remote session for contract signing yesterday and was supposed to get paper work but guess what I did not received that yesterday and after sending an email today, I got a call from project Coordinator and updating me that GM has reviewed the job and I have to pay Extra $8000 on top of my contract that we agreed yesterday, they have been playing this game for last 2 years with me and today was last coffin in the nail . Guys please don’t waste your time and money with this builder

The foundation was put in in Mid September and final completion in early February which was well under the estimated time and I was so happy with the construction and all the internal work were done in its finest. Couldn't have asked for more as Shane Romeyn (the site supervisor) was precised in every detail and I could see that he loved what he is doing. He marks all the touch up that needs done as the work was going along and he did that again in the final inspection. Nothing was too hard for Shane. He is always around in the Huntlee and every phone call is only a few minutes away . Would highly recommend using MacDonald Jones for the new built

I had my colour appointment at McDonald Jones colour studio today Thursday 9th April. From the time you walk in the door you are welcomed by the professional staff.
My appointment was with Jodee Sheppard very friendly, professional and knowledgeable . Jodee makes you feel at ease. I found the experience today at Oak Flats Colour Studio very pleasing and exciting.
I love the colours I have chosen for my house . With Jodee’s expert advice and experience I found it quite relaxing, not stressful at all.
Jodee explained everything to me and answered the all questions I had.

Went in for our external selections and we had no idea what colour pallet we were after. Aimee was so helpful with showing us what colours match an what didn't.
We then met with Harry who went through out CT and was extremely patient with us while we tried to understand all the jargon that came along with the contract as well as explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything before moving on to something else.
We've had such a great team so far throughout the whole process.
Kassandra has also helped us so much with getting the tender together for us. Really appreciate everything she has done for us thus far.

So excited and very impressed with Anne Katte our internal design consultants, she took time to listen to our views and provided solutions beyond our expectations. She exhibited good product knowledge and was helpful with options we seemed not very sure. the product range is quite sufficient. cant wait to commence build

We had Tracey Neilson as our consultant from the Willowdale display where we fell in love with the Havana Executive on display there. Tracey and Mary were always very helpful and made the process of sorting our plans out a complete walk in the park. We had one disappointment with estimating on how a window was quoted but Tracey was only too happy to help try clear it up. We are hoping the rest of our build is as professional and as easy as the preconstruction phase was.

Our site supervisor for our MJH build was Riley McNaughton. Throughout this process he was extremely thorough, respectful and communicated clearly and regularly. Our build was very smooth, however we believe it was because Riley put out many of the 'spot fires' without us even knowing. We have minimal minor issues to put on our defect list. Anyone who has been allocated Riley as their site supervisor will be in very safe hands.

The advice about design and construction that the Nowra office of McDonald Jones has provided for our new home is reassuring and very well managed. We feel confident about the next stage of the pre build process. This is our first building project, so we were nervous but have come to expect the best outcome will be our retirement home just around the corner .

I have been introduced to Tracey Neilsen by my friend. At Willowdale we were dealing with Tracey and Mary.

Honestly I was very impressed with her quality of workmanship and integrity. Not to mention her willingness to meet us on various occasions to change or modify plans as per our requirement. She gave us few useful suggestions which helped us to achieve our dream plan.

Honestly I have approached two other builders on same street but the quick response from Tracey and Mary won our hearts. Now I have signed the tender with them but till date no response received from other builders.

They both are the best we meet in this industry and exceeded the level of customer service we were expecting.

I have been dealing with Debrah and Christine from the Nowra show homes and have found them a very helpful and professional team to work with. I would like to thank Christine especially for being patient in letting me sort out my final plans and being very helpful in all aspects. I’m only at pre- construction phase but looking forward to the rest of the stages as it’s been good so far.
