Helpful sales rep, looked after us.
Sales rep Aaron was very helpful, knows his Triton utes & ensured it was detailed beautifully for my daughter when she picked it up last week. He is worth asking for, if you are looking for any new Mitsubishi, & we are very happy with McGrath Mitsubishi & happy to recommend them.

Dishonest
Went in for an ASX. The guy tried to flog me a demo model for $25.5k which is over what i said I wanted to pay anyway. I left, Googled the model he offered me, and found that they had that very same car listed on CarSales.com and their own dealership website at $24.5k.
They’re dishonest and therefore not worth risking dealing with.

A ripped off customer
I cannot write enough to describe how this unprofessional and dishonest car dealer has ripped me off. To start with they sold me a lemon with faulty suspension, exhaust and steering wheel for 13000 dollars. They charged 3000 for the commission, loan set up fee and other dubious charges. They delayed fixing the problems.
I was so disappointed that i wanted to give back the lemon to trade another car.
Mitsubishi only offered 9000 for the car they sold for 16000 only a few months ago. I had to trade it because i could not sell it anywhere else. The dishonest Mitsubishi sold another car and their finance guy charged 2000 for setting up loan and service charges.
I should give them less than 1 star if I could have.

Service and Follow up is Appalling
Started off well called up, booked appointment and went in and signed up paying my deposit for my new car. They informed me it will be ready in about a week as it was there in the yard.
I had to follow them up a week later as i heard nothing from them only for them to say it would be later next week. I raised it to the manager who promptly told me they made a mistake and would be ready tomorrow.
Walked in and was greeted very nicely and was directed to wait as the sale person was still with someone. We waited for about 40 minutes when the Sa...Read more

POTENTIAL CUSTOMER LOST
Visited the dealership today as trying to purchase a Mitsubishi Triton but no-one was interested in serving us today. We walked around outside, inside and back outside and there were several staff members standing around not serving any other potential customers, but not one person approached us to offer any assistance. We have purchased two vehicle from McGrath previously and this experience will ensure that they are the last!

Service needs improvement
Bought a second hand car from this dealer and what was promised was not done. I questioned them and they said “we told you these can’t be fixed” which wasn’t the case on the day of sale. No floor mats was placed in the car and no petrol was left and we had to chase for it. When it came to paying and finalising the car, took an hour waiting around.

Worst customer service over the phone
I bought a brand new Mitsubishi ASX in April. I called to book in a service and the girl on the phone was NOT helpful at all. She sounded like she hates her job and was very rude on the phone. She needs training on phone manner and simple customer service skills. Very unprofessional and quite disappointed with the telephone service.

Steer Clear
I brought a $21000. Captiva 7 which has been total nightmare with safety issue. The car was sold to me boosting a total work shop safety check and a pink slip, only to find the car has been in an accident and was unsafe for the road. My mechanic has found a bent rear suspension arms which lead to a worn out tries in 2 months. Air bag sensors in the drivers side front bumper broken still after the accident repair. And the Aircon leaking after more bad workmanship. I'm not blaming them for the bad repair work but my mechanic could find all this i...Read more
n less then 30mins and their workshop couldn't find wrong with it. How any car dealer can sell someone a un-roadworthy car to anyone shows how much they really care about there products they sell. They have offered me a to buy it back at a $5000. Loss to me after 4mths of ownership, but after $3000. I have now fixed it myself and I know its safe. Tread carefully when dealing with this dealership.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Another Great Experience
Purchased a new Mitsubishi Triton Exceed from McGrath's Liverpool and as from my previous experiences the team came up with a fantastic deal. I use to shop around but have found that just going directly to McGrath's and negotiating a fair price has saved me time and money. I've bought (6) vehicles over the years, all from different salesman and every time they go beyond my expectations. Its nice to walk into a dealership and not be pressured to buy a vehicle but to be shown its strengths and weaknesses. They know their vehicles and its a credit to the company that the salesman are always of high standards. Cheers.

Buy your car somewhere else
I had a problem with my car windows after my battery was replaced. I called them bc I had bought my car there. Female that answered in Service department had no time to listen & wanted to charge me $165 plus just to look at it. Anyway so I called some one else and they told me to hold down both buttons together on the windows and it would re set. McGrar could of told me that for free!

Recent experience of buying a second hand car
The team there bent over backwards for me and I highly recommend seeing these guys first when in the market for a second hand car. All the cars in the lot are of a high standard and great value for money.

A bunch of crooks
Cant even begin to explain the amount of issues I had from these crooks. From being sold a lemon, overpriced servicing to maintain a warranty that covered nothing, trying to rip me off for repairs. eg Quoted $2200 dollars for a repair of an exhaust which I had fixed for $250, To not honoring my warranty due to it being 15 days past the 6 monthly service time (But well under the 10000KM) to being extorted to pay for new brake pads and a raft of other repairs to get my warranty back. And there were many more things! ! ! Whilst not all there cars may be lemons the ones that are picked up by unsuspecting buyers will cause you headaches like you wont believe. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great to deal with, happy with their service
Our family has bought cars from them 3 times in the last 2 years & they have had the best deals & been the most helpful & accommodating to deal with, without being overtly pushy. Would definitely recommend them.

Sold me a car with faulty suspension
Brought a $20,000 second hand Mercedes from McGrath Liverpool. Took it in for a service to their service center after a "knocking" sound developed on the front right side. Said it was "unsafe to drive and had a 50% chance of the wheel falling off". A joke that they would put my life at risk like this for a buck.
Car is a total lemon.
