Comfortable disposable from Medela. I used these breast pads in hospital and found them soft and comforting. They are not really designed for discrete wear as they are quite large, squareish and will show through clothes. I prefer reusable wooden nursing pads for everyday & ultimate comfort but these are OK for disposables. They are a bit too pricey for every day wear but good as a soft back up in the cupboard. I would also recommend closer to nature for more economical quality pads.
