Bought this approx 7-8 years ago and it is still going strong. Only major glitch is the sound cuts out after 30-40 seconds for the last 2-3 years. This does not worry me greatly as I don't watch movies etc anyway. Apart from that, cant see any reason to update.

When I got my Medion Akoya E7222 it only had 4gb of ram on it. Although when I upgraded it to 8gb of ram it is just brilliant for gaming especially garry's mod or minecraft. I still have this laptop now on to me its fast. So I would recommend this to gamers out there that cant afford the overpriced alienware's coming in at about $4000.

sometimes a liitle bit lagy with some games but then it just goes fast again
