Ordered 2kg of dog supplement and received 700g of a different product.Contacted company and was told “out of stock “, no other explanation. I returned the goods and after belatedly checking reviews of this company went direct to PayPal for a refund which I received promptly.Thank you PayPal.
This company is at best incompetent but appears to be engaged in less than acceptable business practices.

I ordered over $114 worth of goods. One of the products I received was not the brand I ordered and I was never informed of the switch in products nor refunded the difference in price as they sent me a cheaper brand. I had to hound them to get a refund of the difference in price. I’m absolutely disgusted in their unprofessional approach to customers. I have a good mind to report them to the ACCC for false advertising as when I ordered the product they replaced there was stock available and they are still advertising there is still stock, instead they sent me a different brand.

I was sent the wrong product and after following up with them I've not heard from them.
Also, this is the 2nd time I paid for express post but it wasn't sent express post. It took a week for them to even post it all standard post. Once again, I followed up requesting a refund for the additional express post costs and have seen no action.

Purchased a product upon checkout indicated will take less than 9 business days to ship. no communication or anything on 11th business day emailed to enquire where my order is at. Without any explanation they issued me a refund.

Ordered Nutspread 3 weeks ago, response after 2 weeks that the product is not available, requested a refund days ago, no communication. Will lodge a PayPal claim now. Avoid this company, very poor customer service, ineffective, slow and poor communication via email. My suggestion: AVOID!!!!!!

3 weeks of waiting for my order to arrive and no tracking sent I decided to email the company, no reply so I decided to make a PayPal claim, then the same hour as I made the claim (no surprises there) I get an email from a lady telling me that the product is not available however it was available enough for me to be able to make a purchase and for them to take my money with no follow up! This company is a massive scam and in my opinion needs to be shut down, please do not buy from this company they will take your money not deliver what you purchased and only contact you once you make a claim

one item was missing. there was no notice of why. there was not packing slip inside. but I was charged the full amount, and I have written emails asking for the missing item, which I urgently need, and no response.

Their website contains misleading information, their communication is poor, their packing is substandard, their service is slow, and I did not get what I paid for. I have asked for a partial refund (as I received 60 capsules instead of 120, which I paid for) but have not heard back, and I will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC. I recently got an automatic email from them asking for feedback on my purchase. I've chosen to provide my feedback here, on an independent review site. Wished that I'd read the other reviews of this company before using them.

Paid for 150 softgel capsules of Healthy Origins CoQ10, received 2 x 60 softgel capsule containers 11 days later. Where are rest of my capsules (30 missing!)? Won't refund difference!

Have bought from them a few times now and have found their site easy to find the products I'm after with a wide range of brands always delivered on time and well packed

Ordered henna hair dye & was told delivery was 0 to 9 days. After contacting them they informed me that the order was shipped 12 days after the order was placed. They then stated that the product was out of stock for another week. Eventually got a refund - never again!

Very happy with site, easy to search and use. I will definitely use again! The product purchased, stinging nettle root tablets is not available in our health food and chemist stores and I also found a huge price advantage on other products.

This is a good product. It helps me to keep kidney infections at bay. There is a better company on the market but I cannot find it anymore. This one does the job just fine.
