Good car, excellent customer service.
I purchased my car from Melbourne’s Cheapest Cars because they were more professional than most used car centres - almost like a dealership. I found a good car but after a few weeks one of the car doors started to stick. I called up their service center who were excellent, and after inspecting the door they took full responsibility (no arguing to convince them which I’ve heard can be the norm for most used car places). They ended up installing a whole new part for me. Michael was who I dealt with and I’d highly recommend buying a car through MCC purely on his customer service alone. Highly reputable.

Great service without pressure
We purchased a RAV4 in March from Michael Spivak and have not looked back since. We first thought we just go for a drive and a quick look around the car yard for options. However, when we go there we were able to narrow down our search pretty quickly. Michael was very knowledgeable and easy to chat to. He helped us feel comfortable without the pressure to buy, showed us a range of options and let us drive around as many cars as we wanted. I think we pretty much took up his whole day! We ended up trading in our Skoda at a great price, which we would not get even through a private sale, and picked up our new car the very next day. Michael was fatastic to deal with and we will definitely be buying our next car from him again.

Melbournes Cheapest Cars? I would purchase from them again.
I found a Ford Territory advertised by Melbournes Cheapest Cars that I was interested in, I normally purchase from private sales, but even from private sales, one can get stung badly, as I found out, so, I called the car yard and spoke with Isaac, I found him to be a gentleman, and very helpful, so we arranged to meet so I could view the car, from the moment I arrived, not ONCE did I ever feel pressured in any way at all, I looked at the car advertised, and a few others also, and eventually settled on the one advertised, Isaac showed calm and p...Read more
atience, mind you, I had been very hesitant to deal with car yards in the past, but as the saying goes, "Oils aint Oils" not ALL car yards are the same, and I found "Melbournes Cheapest Cars" to have been a great company to do business with, and was a most enjoyable experience, once the choice was made, I was introduced to John and Eleni, to finalise the deal, and I found them to be very down to earth people, had a great laugh and joke, they organised the RWC and registration for the car, I went back the next day and picked it up, on the same day I took it to my mechanic who had a quick look at it, and noticed new main rear bushes were installed, (for the RWC), he had a smile on his face and told me, I did well with the car, I love the car, color, condition, and how it performs, Ive only had it a few days, so far so good, time will tell, Im sorry to read about some peoples experience with them, but MY experience with them, has been a pleasant one, thank you Melbournes Cheapest Cars.Similar opinion? Unroadworthy vehicles
They sell unroadworthy cars and dodge them up to get the sale, buyers beware!
They sell the cars "as is" to get away with it, don't trust them! It will cost you thousands!

Worst service I have ever had!
Don't even know where to start!!!
Brought a 2012 Mazda CX-5 (so not a cheap car!)
Obviously when purchasing a car the salesman is your best friend and will promise you the world! I brought the car on the Sunday, and he requested I come back on the Monday to pick it up, as they needed to get the papers ready, car registered etc. which was perfectly fine! I told them I was in no rush!
I called and emailed twice on the Monday to confirm the car was ready to go, in which I received both phone and email confirmation saying 'yes ready to go'!
So...Read more

Worst Car dealer in Melbourne
I purchased a car on loan from this place and the business manager made me sign all the documents without even confirming the interest rate. Never go to this place.

check the warrenty and service handbook
Recently bought a Subaru from Melbourne Cheapest Car, the scammers did not follow through completing what was expected of them in the car service log book. They should of changed the sparkplugs and changed the air cleaner element. They just did an oil and filter change. Beware check the book and hold them accountable. Will never buy from them again and crap customer service they were not willing to sort this out. Very disappointed with you Melbourne Cheapest Cars.

Terrible after sales service
We purchased a Holden Cruze from this company. The car was in good condition, however a week after purchasing my brother noticed some grinding noises coming from the steering wheel while turning, and one of the door locks didn't lock properly. The alarm indicator light also wasn't working.
So back we went to the service department, we reported these issues to the mechanic. The mechanic said "oh no nothing wrong with the steering wheel, it's normal, nothing wrong with it." He didn't even test this, just blatantly denied that there was a probl...Read more
em, and laughed at us as if we didn't know anything about cars and he was a mechanic sent down from the heavens by God him/her/itself. Anyway, we went to an independent mechanic, who confirmed that yes, indeed there was a problem with the steering, in particular the power steering pump, which appeared to be failing. So we took this info back to Melbourne's Crappiest Cars and the mechanic finally tested and agreed that yes there was a problem. However "Not to worry, we'll have this fixed for you soon, just drop off the car at 9am Monday next week and it will be done". So I get up early on Monday, drive all the way to MelCrapCars, and drop the car off. 1 hour later, we receive a text that it's done (that was quick?) so we head back to collect the car. And behold, the super-mechanic had actually forgotten to fix the steering pump, and had only fixed the sticking door lock. Good job Melbourne's Crappiest Cars.Similar opinion? Never purchase a car from Melbourne Cheapest cars ever!!!
They cheat, poor after sales service, rip off on price and absolutely Non transparent deals.
Purchased a Holden Barina encountered issues within a month, on contacting the seller, was asked to take it to holden. Holden says no records of service and the vehicle has been tampered at the garage as a result the extended warranty I paid for is no good.
