First and last time ever used.
Waiting over an hour 4 food. States food is on its way for AGES! Rang restaurant. No driver turned up! Rang customer line. On hold twice for over 10 mins.

I am a menulog member and all my details are with them. The delivery men cannot find my address. Thus no deliveries twice in a month. Are you kidding menulog? I'm hungry again.

Crap service. Know one to talk to. Waited over a hour for my food. Took him 20 minutes to deliver my food and its a 5 min drive. I don't blame the driver I blame the useless Menulog

Food never got delivered
Food was meant to be delivered at 10:12pm
Delivery courier came on the street at 10:25 - clearly dropped it off at the wrong address, as I never received the order
- delivery instructions clearly state my phone number to call if anything, yet I never receive a call
- call customer service, the guy is like I will request refund team to look into it
This is the second instance of no phone call of delivery, last time I was lucky that food was dropped outside my house, however, this time couldn’t find anything.
Surely, it’s not that hard to feedback to couriers to give courtesy call to customers advising food is outside or they should go outside to collect their order?

Terrible service
Ordered food, gave extra details to apartment location as I usually do. Never had a problem before. But this time food said it was delivered and it was NOT at the correct address. Rang customer help after 15mins, was absolutely tertible no help and accused me of providing wrong address details. End result someone will get back to me in 4 business days. Terrible. Nothing was resolved, driver went to wrong address. Never had a problem in the past until tonight. Will NOT be using this app ever again sadly.

Disgusting services
Ordered pizza no big deal from Marie’s pizza palm beach Qld. 2 bloody hours later just putting it in oven another 50 min wait. No time frame given for initial order WTH. stick menulog up your butt

Don't use Menulog. Food order never got delivered
Looks like there is not ID checks and traceability. If the order is not received, there is hardly anyone to help. Call centre number has limited hours of operation. Hate their service. I waited an hour and half just in the end to know our family was waiting for food to the not delivered at all. So damn disappointed with their service. My first and last order with menulog ever!! Frustrated customer.

Didn’t deliver
After waiting 1.5 hours, find out order was cancelled, no notification, nothing.absolute crap service . Will not order from any place using menu log.

90 minutes late and food is as cold as could be. Food had been with the driver for 1 hour 40 minutes. Then dropped off at front door without even ringing the bell. Would NEVER use them again.

Menulog often does not pick up the food and never deliver. I only found out when I called the restaurant.
Many times by now. Menulog often doesn't pick up the food I ordered. Highly unreliable!
I often found out after a long wait. When I called them, there is no chat button on their website. Or there is no one answer the phone (just voice messages). Out of no choice, I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the cold food myself. If you want to ruin your night with your girlfriend or boyfriend or to create an agrument with your family. Go and order from Menlog. This is not just one time - happens regularly. And you won't know when they are going to miss your order until very late. By the way, their website actually says your food is on its way. Ah ah ah~

Terrible Service
Very disappointed 2 weeks in a row meals not delivered. First time not picked up from restaurant but app said it was delivered. Second time was picked up but apparently “spilt on the way” so never delivered. Waited over an hour both times until advised meals would not be received.

Food never arrived
It was my first time using Menulog's service and very disappointing that the order never arrived even though it's marked as delivered. The reason was never given why that's the case as they are not able to get in contact with the courier. I would not recommend nor use this again after receiving the refund.

Restaurants can now elect to not show reviews
Menulog has now given restaurants the option to hide comments and only show rating. This is misleading and poor on the platforms authenticity. You can see star ratings which says little about the food or the restaurants and what they offer discouraging customers to make informed choices. I have been using menulog since they started and will not be using them now.

Had always been decent, until today
Ordered the usual and set the time of delivery to be 7pm, one hour later than it was ordered. Carried on being busy and started to wonder where dinner was by 6:55pm as I hadnt received any sms confirmation that the restaurant had received my order. Opened the Menulog app to find that my order was delivered 6:05pm, mere 5 minutes after i had placed my order, and it was left at my front door in the rain. My dinner had been sitting in the rain for pretty much an hour, was wet and cold. I did not receive any other forms of notification that my order was ready, on its way to me, or delivered. Could not get through to menulog despite 1hour on the phone listening to their music. Not happy

Crap

Service and platform severely lacking
As a venue/restaurant you can't update/add/permanently remove menu items on their partner portal. You cannot even temporarily remove a beverage item. You can change hours but it NEVER works so you have to call. Minimum wait Is 30 to 45 minutes. Not once have they got it right so you have to call 2 or 3 times. They have ended up compensating us a number of times for their mistakes (good on them for that). They are a very frustrating company to deal with especially for the very high fees they charge. They were "born digital but they arent very digital. They are a necessary evil but they are not a great company to deal with.

Waste of money, Waste of time...
Restaurant made order incorrectly after ignoring order notes for the second time, contacted restaurant and they told me that I'd need to contact Menulog directly for assistance in getting my money back. Contacted Menulog via online chat and the person I was talking to had no clue what they were doing and I got forwarded 3 times to different departments. Once I finally got to the correct department they advised they would email me. The woman that emailed me offered me a full refund OR an in-app credit. email confirming that. She did not respond. She did not respond to my follow up email, or my second follow up email OR my THIRD follow up email. I then got back on the online chat and spoke to another person, who wanted to start the whole process again - even though I explained that I was at the point where I should have received my refund and had not. They would not confirm whether or not the request had been put through the first time I contacted and when I requested to make a complaint about the lack of service on their end, I was ignored. The person I was talking to kept deflecting away from my questions and stating that they would forward my request to the department and have my refund processed to be in my account in 5 days - even though, it should already be in my account. They ignored me stating this and continued to ignore my further requests for confirmation of my first refund request. I still haven't received an email confirming my second chat and coming refund. Once I finally get my money back, I'll be deleting Menulog and never using it again. Seriously, don't waste your time. Getting your money back from Uber is painless and appears near immediately. An absolute disgrace
My support ticket has not been actioned in four days. I have paid for goods I never received and they are dragging their feet.
Id also say they removed the online chat function due to the amount of complaints they've been receiving lately.
It's such a shame, your service used to be good but I'll never order from you again. I will continue to fight for my $40 back.
