warranty for Mercedes A200
Recently purchased a new A200 Mercedes Benz where i was offered 3 year warranty only to learn that they changed over to a 5 year warranty 2 days after my purchase.
I took it up with them but they were not interested, and it took me a mth of chasing them to get a response. Once they get your money loyalty and customer satisfaction go out the door. Extremely dissapointed with them.

From the minute my husband and I walked in the door at Mercedes-Benz Waverley last Saturday morning ( we were offered a drive experience in the new EQC) a very warm welcome from Rukie and Sean. Clear and thoughtful manner in which the key essentials required to operate the test car was explained and made the whole process enjoyable.
Similarly the way in which the negotiations were conducted was a very professional and yet still relaxed. Again we feel we have purchased a value for money package, not just walked away with a new car.
The fact that Rukie was able to commit and deliver on the our requirements by last evening was fantastic.

Faulty product and poor service at Mercades Benz Melbourne
We ordered a customised E400 almost 5 years ago and have been dealing with problem after problem since the day we picked it up. My car has been back for repairs over 30 times and the original issue is still unresolved. We have had our car in for repairs for weeks at a time and it has repeatedly come back with the same reoccurring failures. Worst still our car has been damages (scratches on rims, scratches and chips in paint and on interior) numerous times while in the care of the dealership. numerous managers and still nothing has changed. We keept being reassured that the issues will be resolved but they are clearly incapable of doing so and have successfully kept us quiet until now. We have given them every opportunity to undertake the repairs and not only have they failed to rectify the issues, they have also refused to offer a reasonable alternative resolution. Bad service of Mercedes Toowong Service Dept
It’s been third time I have been ignored when I brought my Mercedes to them for a reparing quote. They always say will give me a call or email me the quotation, which I have never received their quote back or follow up afterwards and it ended up I have to go to other Mercedes. It wasted my time travelling and phone them, I bought my car from them, as so I thought I will have a good service at their service dept but totally Not. Just felt they were so arrogant and rude to speak with. They don’t care about whether will loose business or not. It’s very awful they don’t respond to your request at all. Bad Bad Bad!!!!!

Great staff, cars and service.
I visited several Mercedes Benz dealers around Sydney whilst looking for my next car. Found a vehicle we liked at MB Sydney. Returned a week later after visiting a few dealers and purchased a C300. Found the staff and service here great. Mr Richard Rost and Mr Stephan Werner were very helpful and professional. The follow up on the purchase of our vehicle was perfect. Very pleased with the vehicle, and the service we received. Will look no further than Mercedes-Benz Sydney for any future purchases. Very friendly, honest and helpful people. Thank you.

Dont buy or service your car at g brothers mercedes at mona vale
Had my vito serviced at G Brothers Mona Vale. During the service, they ring me, and tell me my brakes pads are worned, both front and rear. I asked them for a quote, which they told me around $2000.00 to $2500.00. I told them, not to proceed, as i thought it was strange that both front and rear brakes were worn.

Horrible customer service
So I have a brand new 2022 G wagon which I got in April this year after a 15 month wait.
Mercedes parramatta have now had my car for over 3 weeks with an electronic problem which they are saying no part is available!!!!! How can you produce a new model and not have enough parts on stock.
Further to this we are the ones calling for details and updates And no courtesy car have been provided. Im totally disgusted with Mercedes full stop. Ive spent $290k on this car and this is the service I get or no service at all.........
All good to sell you car but no ongoing relationships after that!!! No one cares!!!!!
The principal owner of parramatta should be ashamed of his business. Would not recommend anyone to buy from Mercedes parramatta.

We bought a used car with this dealer and we got the worst bunch custome support staff ever. 1st after paying the car I have to be the one who chase them up when we can pick up the car. 2nd the delivery girl forgot to process our deposit refund. I kept telling them our deposit refund and they assured me that the delivery girl will process it for us..3 days after we got the car they called and then we have to wait 2 business day for it to be available..they counld have called or even text me but nor they have to called us and talk to us before they even process the refund..maybe we bought a used so we didint deserve the same customer support and courtesy as the others have..will never again buy from this dealer..

Horrible customer treatment
I had my car serviced in Canberra. They charged me a fair bit for the service. When I went to collect my car, I realised that there is a nail in the tyre (after the service, with tyre polish). When I told the customer service person, he told me to drive out the car with nail. I had to drive out the car in an unsafe condition after paying for their brand service!!. They sent me a feedback request. I tried calling their service manager three times to talk about it and give the feedback. Everytime, I was told that the service manager is busy and will call me back. It is nearly six months. I am still waiting!!. Really, very bad, shocking experience to drive out the car with a nail.

Total disregard for customer.
I purchased CLA 250 Shooting Brake and have had misfiring issues with the car from the get go. Despite several assurances from the $40M dealership at Alexandria Sydney that it would be fixed, I'm left with a bitter taste from this lemon. To compound this, I have had a second battery fitted (less than 6 months old) by the Mercedes Benz roadside assist and this too has died. agree to pay $100 'verification' fee. (feels more like blackmail) There is no trust between the two groups who pretend to be customer service agents and as the unfortunate customer I trust neither. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME
Zero Star for this incompetent dealership!! Had to put one as post directs.
Be aware DO NOT BUY from this dealer unless you want suffering.
While trying to buy one of their vehicles, they omitted to advise that it had some superficial damage until I advised them I was sending someone to view the vehicle. All of a sudden they call me to try and discount the car (which they advised was immaculate). They sent 2 contracts both wrong in details. The manager doesn't return calls or respond to emails.
After 2 weeks of trying to move forward they now ignore you!!
DON't BOTHER WITH THEM

Do not buy car at Mercedes Parramatta dealership
Bought a brand new car but so dirty inside when I picked up. After a few days, l found out the rubber on the roof of the car was twisted badly. Should not happen to a brand new car. Never buy a Mercedes again.

Do not buy car from Mercedes Parramatta
Bought a brand new GLA from Mercedes Parramatta, was so dirty inside when I picked up. After a few days, l found the rubber on top of the roof was squashed. A faulty from the manufacturer. Never buy a Mercedes again.

Would Never buy another Mercedes Benz
I have been an owner of 3 brand new Mercedes Benz Cars over the last 15 years, with upgrades when purchasing a new car. We have always been very satisfied with the cars, services etc., and have recommended to Extended family members who have also purchased Mercedes on the recommendation, regretfully until now.

GLC tyre alignment issue - scrubbed tires first year I owned it - and they recognise the problem this year...
I bought new GLC250 when it first came out in Australia in late 2015. When I turn the car in a tight corner, the front wheels skip across the road. I took it into MB a couple of times in the first 12 months I owned the car. They said it was 'normal' and that all 4-matic cars do it a bit. pay for it. Thing is, I purchased MB extended warranty in Oct 18. But the dealership I purchased it from (for $1.8k) have no record of that. So I ring them up and say I have the extended warranty and send them their own policy schedule back. I ask if they will reimburse the cost of the tires that I replaced and the existing ones that have been scrubbing. The service manager says that's an MB issue. I say, aren't you MB? He says, 'we're MB Adelaide' but that is not the same thing as 'MB'. So now I need to go direct to MB and deal with this issue myself. I go to MB's website and try and find 'customer feedback/help' contact details. Nothing. So I call the main line and select '3' to speak to someone. Over 10 minutes on hold later, I hang up and write this review. Thing is, I have purchased 12 new MB cares over the last 16 years. I am from the ACT, but really wanted a gla220d from Hornsby Mercedes-Benz. The salesperson that I dealt with was amazing. He allowed me to hold the car for a fee so that I could drive up there and see the car. They also let me buy the car on the spot and drive it back home.
It was the most efficient dealership I have ever dealt with.

Hi Julie. I have complementary road assistance through my company but I have not used Mercedes-Benz yet. For almost 20 years I had road assistance through NRMA and never had any issues. Unfortunately can’t say anything about RACV.
