Poor service
Sent customer service a few emails regarding my vehicle and to date to response.They only want me to fill in their survey but not interested with my query. The service thus far is very poor.

Avoid Mercedes Benz Melbourne 135 Kingsway
Cant understand how they ever sell a car. Been to this dealership many times and rarely get approached by sales staff. The trade in valuer is never available, and advertised cars are either sold or unable to be inspected. Was forced to take my car to the service dept. two days ago, as I was advised they were the only dealership who had a particular calibration tool to fix a software fault in my car. They insisted to re- diagnose the fault, even though I had the fault diagnosed at two other dealerships and provided them with a print out of the ...Read more
results, they still charged me $295 for re-diagnosing the same fault. They then advised me that they did not have the re calibration tool, and that I needed to collect my car without fixing the problem. Don't Trust Mercedes Benz -Brighton!!!
At the end of the last financial year I was interested to purchase a car ...
1, They gave us the run-around and kept us there for 4 hours and at the end we were so exhausted and all we wanted to do was to get out...and missed reading the fine prints!!
2, They deliberately omitted writing "subject to finance" though we were specific that we needed that

Very best service
I had the need to go to Mercedes Benz Macgregor and the treatment that I received from Jasmine could not have been better. If this is a sign (I believe that it is) of what to expect from that dealership I would thoroughly recommend them.
I will certainly return when the next service is due.

Worst service ever
This company has become a complete joke when it comes to service. I contacted Mercedes Benz Australia head office and let the person I spoke to know that if someone in a management position did not contact me I would contact a current affair and go to the newspapers and make sure that as many people as possible get to hear of my experience. Guess what?? They are so arrogant that they did not take me seriously. I have now contacted a current affair and the newspapers. Keep an eye out on channel 9. These guys say their company motto is “ The best or nothing”, well I definitely got nothing. How many of you got nothing and are tired of it?? These companies need to be held to account. This message will be copied and pasted all over social media

If you are after a Mercedes, you cannot go wrong with contacting Mercedes Benz Mornington to receive 5 star treatment.
The team at Mercedes Benz Mornington are a very professional and highly recommendable.
I purchased C200 demonstrator and could not be happier. The service department detailed and serviced the car perfectly.
A special mention goes to the sales exec (Brent) who totally disproved the old saying “never trust a used car salesman”. Will never go there again
not recommended. Just after sales, not customers needs
Purchased brand new luxury GLE43 AMG Coupe. Went back after 2 months of purchase and they valued the car at over $65000 less than the purchase to buyback. Staff make the Cars not worth the money you pay for. Wish I purchased a box trailer, at least it will still have value .

Bad experience at Towong Mercedes Service Dept.
Mercedes Benz Towong - poor experience with the service department. The service representative assisting me obviously had no mechanical knowledge, and comunicated to me the wrong tyres put on my car.

Mercedes Benz promises "The Best or Nothing" and "Peace of Mind", consumers rightly rely on those commitments when purchasing a Mercedes Benz prestige brand vehicle. All services providers including Mercedes Benz Dealers have a legal "Duty of Care" with consumers property. des Benz promote "Peace of Mind Warranty" and "The Best or Nothing" but when a bad service experience occurs they don't want to know, so much for truth in advertising. The Mercedes Benz Australian Manager Customer Assistance Center [name removed] writes (quote) "please be aware that our authorised Mercedes Benz Retailers are responsible for their own conduct" (end quote). In other words nothing to do with us.... just go away. The dealer in this instance was Peter Warren Automotive t/a Mercedes Benz Macarthur. Mercedes won’t honour warranty
I own a current model E300 l8 months old . The drivers seat stiching and leather are coming apart. Benz say it’s wear and tear and wont fix it’s under warranty. The car has done 50k. The repair bill is huge The car is kept in pristine condition . Don’t buy a Mercedes Benz as they are not durable and they do not always honour their warranty

Warranty not worth a cracker
Stay away from the new c class they fall apart and when you go to MB they just say "ohhh that's not covered under warranty ".
My window switches broke which when I researched is a common problem.....but you guessed it ....that's NOT covered under warranty!!
I'd hate to have a major issue with a MB car they just don't back their product.

I came here to update audio 20 control unit software.
One of the bad customer service, never update the customer truth. I will never recommend them to any of my friend. Pathetic customer service. No respect of customer time and value. I have wasted my time and day off. No professional service, no apologies. One of the worst experiences.

THIEVES MB Parramatta Dealership
Car went in for a service and was returned with money missing personal items. Do they really think that by returning the car clean and shiny we're going to dismiss this theft. Disgusting. Made the MB staff member aware and they never investigated. Have not heard from them since.

Avoid purchasing Mercedes Benz vehicles built outside Europe and purchasing from Mercedes Benz Brisbane
I purchased my third Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz Brisbane in August 2016 - a GLE250d. There have always been problems with it from delivery. I have spent an extraordinary amount of time returning the vehicle to the dealership for them to investigate the issues. Since the first issues were reported, only days after delivery, they have implemented a systematic strategy of dragging issues out and in turn establishing me as a difficult customer. bate over problems with the objective you will eventually give up. The Dealer Principal also appears to hide behind this strategy or isn't made aware of the issues. I have had to resort to recording issues with the vehicle while driving, and even with that concrete evidence, nothing. I have been told on more than one occasion they can't detect a problem, even when they have engaged their national representative, who again reported no faults. Not one to give up, I rejected the findings and test drove the vehicle with a senior mechanic from the dealership the same day. The fault was detected by him before we left the street within which the dealer is located. There was no acknowledgement or sorry for wasting your time, just keep the loan car and we will let you know when it is fixed. I have been contacted by the follow up 'Customer Service' team every time I have been into the service department. After explaining the process I have been through they are empathetic and I am always told that someone will contact me and that my feedback is important. I have never heard back from anyone over that time. I have even been offered the opportunity to replace the vehicle, as I was so unhappy about it, but nothing comes of any of these offers. I advise anyone considering the purchase of these non-European built SUV's to avoid doing so - they appear inferior compared to their European counterparts. You might love your new car now but i suggest you won't soon. When you drive a certain brand of car for over decade you know the differences. I wouldn't buy these SUV's again. I also have several colleagues with them who have had the same experience. I am more than happy to hear from the Dealer Principal if he / she wants to honour the commitment their Customer Service staff have made over time. - Great work guys. Thankyou for being so accomodating.
1.) The service centre opens at 7.30am however i was ealry and there was a hive of activity inside the centre at 7.05am. A representative named Ashleigh Cross happily opened the glass doors and started to ask how she could help. I told Ashleigh i was booked in for 8.45pm but had a meeting i needed to get to. Ashleigh smiled and gestured for to come in through the half open glass doors :)

They literally robbed me
I cancelled a contract - the contract states 5% cancellation fee applies, which I was going to dispute because their salesperson lied about the car and thats why I was cancelling the contract. The sales manager admitted that the salesperson lied, said there is still going to be a 5% cancellation fee. I told him to refund in full and depending on how much they refund (i.e. 100% vs 95%) that I will take the matter to tribunal. ignored. I am still stunned at how a business can flat out refuse to give your own money back. Thats what you call a thief. This was Parramatta NSW Merc and the thief's name is Zain Munif. Do we want to start a class action for all stolen money by Mercedes Benz without providing any service?
I made a mistake sending my car for service at Mercedes Benz Canberra, bad mistake, now over 6 weeks passed and I have not heard anything from Mercedes, "they did something and they charge you, but they don't say what" From today Mercedes Benz service should be called Ned Kelly service, they take all your money.
You worked too hard for your money to give it free to Mercedes Benz, stay away from dishonest peoples.

Hi Julie. I have complementary road assistance through my company but I have not used Mercedes-Benz yet. For almost 20 years I had road assistance through NRMA and never had any issues. Unfortunately can’t say anything about RACV.
