Do not WASTE your money. They do not cover faulty parts.
Matter is being pursued legally but I honestly urge you to please reconsider buying a Mercedes if you're in the market for a new car.
Purchased a c200 in October 2016 and within 6 months, the black glass window trim and chrome boot trim had discoloured leaving an oil slick-like stain across all of the trims.
Their solution?
1. Go out and wipe down all of the trims on the car each time it rains.
2. Take the car to the dealership every second week to have them wash it and use a polish which would 'hide' the discolouration until it next raine...Read more

Thief in the service team.
Ridiculous and unbelievable Service. They are hiring a thief in the service team. Stole my money from the storage under the armrest during the service. Left my car for 4 days in the service centre. The manager, [name removed], told me he did 3 hours of an investigation and now he stopped investing. He asked me “where is the proof and you have signed the form. You need to read TERMS & CONDITION”. Well done. Treat a customer like a moron. Nothing solved. I don’t care about the money now but you guys need to know that they are hiring a thief.

very bad service
I purchased our DLC in Parramatta centre, the purchase went smooth, however, when we went for our first service and requested for a loaned car, we were told that there was no loaned car available despite the fact that we already made the request weeks ago before we made the service booking. We were annoyed and so changed to Hornsby centre to install bike rack, the staff from part department quoted without including the labor costs. not allowed to install bike rack tow bar in the back of the car due to some regulations, so reluctantly I agreed to install bike rack on the top of the roof. When I asked that if installing the bike rack will I still be able to open the car roof, the staff said yes, however after the installation the technician said I cannot open the car roof anymore. If I knew the car roof cannot be opened because of that I would never install the bike rack on the car roof. Eventually every time when I need to put the bike on the bike rack I have to stand on a stool while my husband stand on another to bring the bike up, which is so inconvenient, and there was one time the bike was too heavy and fell over, hit my husband's head and broke the newly installed child seat on the bike. I hated this bike rack so much, especially when I saw cars with tow bar installed. We then changed to Castle Hill centre to do car service today. We were told that it would only take 1 hour to complete the service, so we didn't request for a loan car this time, however when we got there we were told it would take 4 hours. Eventually it took 6 hours to finish doing car service, what a waste of time, and without even apologise for their delay. All in all none of the service was good in these locations. I used to have an Audi and I was treated very nicely every time when I had a problem with my car. Never again would I recommend buying a Benz. Worst Mercedes Benz used car dealer on the Gold Coast
Purchased a Mercedes Benz CLS car through car dealer Matthew John Rhodin in Southport, Qld in Nov 2018 - supposedly had passed a safety certificate. Driving it back to Cairns, the front grill fell out (it had been broken & glued together) - suspension on left side collapsed front & rear (car not drivable) - missing storage box in centre console broken (promised to replace but never replaced) - only one key when two promised (never received second key $750 to replace) - major oil leak (promised to fix - never fixed) - headlining started coming u...Read more

After FOUR MONTHS of broken promises the only items fixed were the grill (I did that) and suspension (mechanic who did it never got paid for his work by MJR) - do NOT, repeat DO NOT, ever deal with this "used car salesman" or you will likely regret it. Appalling customer service
Took over 3 weeks for them to ‘prepare’ our car to hand over, even after the car was already in dearlership & funds had cleared. Then drove away brand new car without knowing a part didn’t work. Rang dealership consistently to try to get it fixed. Spoke to several staff members. 2.5 mths later finally got someone to look at it for me. Then when came in to get part fixed they told me it would be quick, it was told they could do in my lunch break. 2 hours later I’m still here waiting!! Forget about asking for assistance once you have driven the car away. They don’t want to know you after they have got their money. Unfortunately the price tag doesn’t justify a complete overall pleasant service at this dealership.

My new thoroughbred
On the 26th of January, I had a great pleasure to pick up my new C300 FL Mercedes Benz Sedan.
One week on today...I'm still buzzing from excitement.
Having Dean looking after us, was a very pleasant and comfortable experience, throughout the whole process purchasing the car and picking it up.
Deans attention to detail was exelent, also during delivery of my car I was comfortable, well informed and not to mention very spoiled.
Once again, thank you very much Dean.
I have no hesitation recommending Mr Dean Pattinson, to anyone at Mercedes-Benz Berwick in New Car Department.

Just a bad car
This is a belated review as I bought this car in 2007. Based on my experience Mercedes does not deserve a second look. Expensive Yes! Thirsty Yes! Underpowered Yes! And this is after Mercedes supposedly improved on previous C180 being sluggish.
Quality Nooo!!! First drivers inside door handle broke off in normal use. Really? $300 to repair thank you. Then air handling actuator lever (a little plastic stick to me and you) snapped necessitating removal of dash to fix and $2000 bill. Then car developed parasitic battery drain. Arrgghh! Mercedes Benz Berwick - Very disorganise and arrogant
Noticed a crack on touch pad for my wife new C200. I called the sales person and was ask to bring the car in for inspection. The crack touch pad was examine by the service manager together with the sales person on 3/1/2019 and confirming it will be cover under warranty. The service manager took photo on the crack touch pad/car rego no and informed that service department will contact me for the replacement.

Poor and rude service
We enquired about a 2nd hand car and were told we couldnt view it as it was with the detailers. Made an appointment to view it then they sold it from under us! They sold it to someone over the phone! When we questioned it, the sales person could not have cared and was utterly rude! Get over yourselves and start providing better service- word of mouth is your worst enemy! Stay away!

Doncaster mercedesbenz silver star exceptional service and care
I purchased my new gla180 and I would like to say how exceptional the customer service and care was towards me. The adapted to me needs withouy charging extra and they always communicated and made the process easier and stress less. I bought my bran new C43 in April this year from Peter Warren Mercedes. i had a concern regarding my front tyres as the car has less than 7000KM and they are worn i booked in a service there responses was that they were not coved under warranty. In the meantime they returned my car with a flat tier and said to go to Jacks Tyres.

Make sure you read this before buying a Mercedes with Warranty
My 12mth old Mercedes had a seal missing on a headlight and it stopped working. They insisted that I had the car crashed and repaired incorrectly, so they would not honour the warranty. I have never crashed the car but its their word against mine. They said it would cost $5000 to repair the light and I would have no other choice. Mercedes do not treat you like you bought a luxury car when you go to them for problems. Got a C250 d black coupe from the Mercedes Benz Toorak a few months ago, love everything about my car, Jake Dorko was extremely professional and every time I ring him up, he gets back to me rapidly. The customer service is excellent! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy an other from this dealership.

Treats customers like crap after purchase
Mercedes Benz treats their customers with full respect and great service when they’re trying to sell the car to you, but this ultimately changes after you have paid for the vehicle.
I was offered a complementary repair because I purchased a demonstrator vehicle. They failed to fix it properly and caused major damage after the repair. It took over 1 month for this issue to be resolved and fixed.
I also do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz.

I watched the latest Mercedes advertising with a picture of a guy who looks like he just stole the car and honestly I can say it completely turned me away from buying one. It was prestigious because it was German and it’s now got nothing going for it.

Adelaide Mercedes, price gauging on replacement tyres.
Contacted Adelaide Mercedes to replace the tyres on my three year old C200. Their quote for four new Continental tyres ( as per the originals) with wheel alignment came to $2180. As this seemed expensive I decided to call the official Continental dealership near Nailsworth for their pricing. For the exact same tyres and alignment, I was charged $1423 and received a $100 gift card. That’s an incredible $850 over-charge by Adelaide Mercedes.

Hi Julie. I have complementary road assistance through my company but I have not used Mercedes-Benz yet. For almost 20 years I had road assistance through NRMA and never had any issues. Unfortunately can’t say anything about RACV.
