Metricon is well managed and quality of the build is in acceptable range. Also The site manager is very friendly and he does a very good job! There were few issues during build. However, they took those seriously and fixed most of them. Overall I'm satisfied with the built process and highly recommend for others!

From the very first discussion with the Sales Consultant to the keys being handed over by the site manager, I could never have imagined how seamless the whole process would be. All the staff we had contact with were very friendly, professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. In particular, I would like to make a special mention about our site manager [name removed] who from our first phone conversation to the completion of our beautiful home, was the most approachable person who put our mind at ease with every stage of the project. He is definitely a great asset to Metricon. I would not hesitate to build with Metricon again.

I put my positive building experience and final quality output down to my Site Manager. Until the very end of the completion of the construction phase he has been amazing and has gone above and beyond my expectations. A key standout was when an oversight (permit not requested) caused by either head office or a 3rd party was brought to his attention. I had given notice on my rental property therefore needed to reach settlement by a given date. While this was really my own problem, my Site Manager was able to engage all the powers that be to fast track the process. Resulting in house keys in my hand before the end of my lease! Can't thank him enough.

We just completed our second home with ABC/Metricon Builders and the experience was consistent with the first one...which is, it was great. Our Site manager was was diligent and very professional. He gave us updates by calling us at regular milestones and sometimes even weekly to update across on the progress, for our peace of mind we had independent building inspector, and our site manager was very accommodating working with them and also advising them of various stages. Also want to acknowledge the back of house staff, who were very professional and kept us updated across all variations etc. Overall a great experience, build in 5 months and quality build. cant complain and would highly recommend the site manager.

Metricon just finished our house and it has come up fantastic. The whole experience from initial consultation to Handover was made simply and conducted in professional manner.
Our Building Supervisors [names removed] were great to deal with, they handled all our requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner making it all stress free.

The Metricon home built for us was managed by a fantastic site manager. He was friendly, super efficient, and very knowledgeable in this trade. He was very reassuring at all stages of the build, keeping us updated and promptly tended to all our queries and concerns.
The house is just amazing, we are truly amazed at how beautiful the home looks and feels, and still kept within budget.

Just finished my home building. Site supervisor ([name removed]) and his team at metricon done a great job. I was informed every Friday what stage construction is and what should be expecting in next couple of weeks. My private inspection reports are well taken care of.site supervisor was very professional and friendly and pleasant to deal with. All my friends told building a house will be a headache.but form signing contract to handover Keys were so smooth and easy with metricon. Thanks to metricon team for making dream true.

The process of building a new home is always stressful but the team at Metricon made the entire process simple.

[name removed], the building supervisor kept us up to date on everything, including processes, sending photos and answering any questions. [name removed] was incredible also and was able to provide quick responses when we needed them. I cannot speak highly enough of this team, they managed to de-stress the process!

The final product surpassed our expectations and the quality was superb. If you are thinking of building, Metricon is the way to go.

House build from start to finish was absolutely amazing with Metricon. It has been a delight to work with our site manager [name removed]. He is very accommodating with good communication skill throughout the build. [name removed] knows his product, knowledgeable and organised.. It had been a smooth and stress free build for a house with 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuites. From start to end I had excellent customer service and throughout the process I felt well supported. I was well informed and was provided with regular updates, and whenever I had a question I was provided with an adequate and immediate response. I was impressed with build and workmanship and had little to fault. Throughout the experience I felt that I was in good hands and was always provided with friendly and accommodating service from the staff. I was also impressed with the timeliness of the build as it was ahead of schedule.

We just recently completed our custom Hampshire 45 build with Metricon in an inner metropolitan suburb of Melbourne. Although the contract signing and spec selection process was quite lengthy, the build one site start commenced was well executed and managed.

We had a responsive and delightful experience dealing with our site manager, [name removed] and our contract admin, [name removed. Both were responsible and accommodating. The build was completed well ahead of schedule, with little to no variations and on the quality that we wanted.

Overall we were happy with the process and would not hesitate to give good recommendation to others.

The building supervisor and I are trying to track the office staff to send us paperwork guess what 2 weeks over no response. I have been promised after initial bad experience Metricon will try to make things better but complete lack of accountability.

After initial setback with a change in sales rep now Building Support Coordinator is changed and not even replying to mail or calls just not at all professional.

The only person who try to help is [name removed] (site manager).
