We built the Kalarney 29 Vogue (4 bed ranch style house). Build took 6 months.
We had a great site supervisor who regularly kept us informed.
Cost was as per contract.
Had a great experience from start to finish (from sales, selection to construction).
Very happy with finish. Would recommend Metricon.

We are very grateful to have our site manager who diligently performed quality assurance of our build start to finish including his attention to detail, professionalism & knowledge with no major issues found throughout the process.

My husband and I have just finished building our second Metricon home and we can not fault anything from start to finish. Everyone we have dealt with from the new homes adviser, pre site manager, interior designer to the site manager were excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to achieve our goal timeline.
Our site manager was extremely efficient and always good with communication.
Apart from a few paint touch ups we had no defects and our house looks amazing!

Not only did we find the perfect home to build at Metricon we found the customer service was flawless.
From the visiting the display home to attending our studio selection and then the build itself. All Metricon staff have been most obliging and competent at what they do. Our building supervisor was excellent. He was really in tune with every step of the construction coordinating all tradies with precision. He was particularly impressive with his attention to detail and quality of work. He kept us informed of progress at every stage of the build. Like I said this is our for ever dream home

Metricon have been awesome to work with from start to finish. Each employee I dealt with was very professional, friendly and efficient. This is the first home I have built so my knowledge of the process was very limited. It was great to have the support of a very professional team. My building supervisor kept me upto date every step of the way. Any concerns I had were rectified very quickly and happily!
A couple of learnings for myself are: Get custom built wardrobes - volume build standard sizes limit cupboard/shelf space; when choosing colours try to see a full size example; ask for an example of how flooring or skylights are installed especially if you have limited knowledge. I would definitely build with Metricon again. :)

[name removed] was the project manager of our build. He stayed in touch weekly with an emailed report, but was always available over the phone to answer any questions. He was always on time for walkthroughs and explained things carefully. The house looks neat and well made. We just love the pantry! The final cost was as quoted.

We built 2 units at the same time. The time frame from the start to hand over is less than 5 months which is amazing. The quality is more than we expected, we are so impressed. [name removed] is our site manager, we have updates of the progress from him every week and he is very patient with every question we asked. Certainly we will build with Metricon again.

Build was really easy from start to finish. We went through a third party to manage the project which also made life easy.Kept up to date through the whole process. A quality finish on all inspections. Thank [name removed] and his team for all their work. I would happy build with Metricon again.

I had 2 site managers so i need to mention [name removed]. They both made the build experience amazing, the house was built to a high standard. [name removed] was quick to get up to speed with the build.
The time frame was excellent as i was in before the Christmas/new year shut down.
The variations was a relief as i thought it was going to be way more!

The service and build was fantastic from start to finish, from dealing with a friendly sales consultant who helped us to stay in our budget-- [name removed] to our wonderful site manager [name removed] who went above and beyond and also a thank you to our support coordinator [name removed].
We would happily recommend Metricon to our friends and family. I'd like to say we would build again with Metricon but we don't have to- our first time building was the best, we don't need to build another house... Because we got it right the first time :)

Metricon Team has been managed very well for our build a new house at Worralily Boulavard, Armstrong Creek. [name removed] ( Site Manager) was very helpful and excellent communication. He and the admin team updated us every 2 weeks. We are happy with the quality of the house and me and my husband are happy and satisfied for the company handled the building and finish in a short time. The final cost compare to our estimated cost is reasonable within our budget.

From start to finish with our build with Metricon, it has been nothing but smooth sailing and continuous support from all people involved. Paul, our site manager was amazing and supportive through our build, and was there for any support or questions we had! In regards to our home, there was no major concerns or worries, and we could comfortably leave the build in the hands of Metricon, and know a good job was happening!
